For what we needed it was perfect. But if I had longer to search for a hotel, I may not have chosen it.

It was a nice walk to the château.

There was damage on the floor and baseboards when we got in the room.

Bonne situation géographique. Parking gratuit disponible devant l’hôtel. Propre. Personnel agréable et attentionné.

Il faisait beaucoup trop froid dans ma chambre et c’était impossible de monter le chauffage au dessus de 20• même juste pour réchauffer un peu plus la pièce.

Location - 10 minutes walk to centre, train station. Good aircondition. Basic but good breakfast, clean room.

Person at reception repeatedly refused to print out invoice for my stay because it was booked via booking.com and instructed me to ask booking for the document. After my 4th (!) request he did it, but no explanation or apologize at all.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The room was clean. The bathroom was with bathtub.

As a vegetarian, I didn't have a great choice of food for dinner. I ordered a fresh vegetable salad, but they brought me a mix of canned vegetables.

Everything over priced for what you get. Would not book into this mark again

The company that was with me.

Having the feeling of being ripped off.. Lacking in professionalism. Cool ie fresh - atmosfear. Room given was disgusting, in an annex building. I had to ask for a change into the main building. New room ok clean but facilities sparce and everything was plastic. Cheap. and No hot water. Breakfast; not good. price vers quality very expensive. Dinner in resturant; Very poor again price vers quality very poor. Ambience and service lacking.

Lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff, shame about the parking.

I didn’t have breakfast. The location was perfect for me and I was happily surprised by the hotel and the welcoming staff.

The hotel said it was pet friendly yet I was charged an additional fee for my pet. The parking was not easy and I bashed my car on the concrete bollards outside.

the place was perfect for our stay but they close their restaurant/cafe over weekends which seemed really odd in a hotel

Nice, but looking forward to the renovation

central to walk around the city, close to RER very quiet welcoming staff

stayed there few days before renovation: it is really needed. the place has a strong potential. let’s hope it is fully used by the renovation team

Ideal for a short stay en route to somewhere else.

clean and simple - just right for one night. Good location for the train station just a short walk away. Very efficient and quiet air con.

parking was very difficult - we were lucky to get the only space when we arrived. It’s on a dead end road with space enough for one car at time so you have to reverse back down the road to get out.

Close to train station and castle, shops, restaurants, forest. Clean and quiet room, good breakfast and tea :) Very helpful and kind service stuff

Staff were super helpful; our room (414 in the annex) was big, clean and quiet. The hotel is nice, with a lovely garden but is rather run down and in real need of renovation.

The floor of the lift in the annex was filthy; very offputting. There was no airco in the room. My wife suffers from extreme temperature variations: one moment she needs heating; half an hour later, cooling. Unfortunately the room heating.airco are provided by a reversible heatpump system which is NOT switchable on an individual room basis - either all rooms in the annex are on heating or all are on cooling. Being mid April, the system was in winter (heating) mode even though the outside temperature was 20-21 degrees. Because of my wife's illness, we need to take room service breakfast. The first day it took 90 minutes to arrive; the second we ordered it the night before, but it came only after reminding them in the morning and even then 30 minutes overdue. We were not charged for the first day.

Thé location is great- 10 minute walk to the RER. Easy parking at the hotel.

Unfortunately the television didn’t work and is overall quite dated.
