Agradable, céntrico y limpio

Excelente ubicación y personal. Todo perfecto

Un poco ruidosa la calle, pero las dobles ventanas funcionaron perfectamente. No hay ascensor, así que al menos media planta hay que subirla con la maleta a cuestas.

Séjour confortable et très plaisant.

La superficie de la chambre plus que correcte, la decoration tout à fait charmante, la propreté et l'accueil agréable. De plus l'hôtel est situé en centre ville et à seulement 15mn a pied de la gare.

le manque de volet est un peu gênant et les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées au niveau du bruit.

Für eine Nacht Super um Strassburg zu erkunden

Super Lage, man ist direkt im Zentrum und kann zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem in einem Seitengässchen, sodass es ruhig gelegen ist. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Für den Preis ein besseres Bett erwartet

Très bien, très bien accueillie. Rapport qualité prix très bien.

Confortable, arrangeant sur arrivée, très à l’écoute. Plein centre donc parfaitement bien situé. Chambre très mignonne, ça ne fait pas « hôtel aseptisé et froid ». Literie très confortable.

Je ne dirais pas « pas apprécié » mais il y avait un bruit de fond dû à la soufflerie du restaurant (l’hôtel n’y peut rien) et ma chambre était à côté des machines à laver . Donc on entend tout, y compris le personnel. Pas de problème pour moi, mais à la veille d’un examen, ça peut contraindre, surtout lorsque l’on met le prix pour la qualité. Mal asonorisé…

Mit Blick auf den Spitz des Strassburger Münsters

- die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr zentral - es hat alles, was es braucht, inkl. Toilettenprodukte, frische Handtücher etc. - das Bett ist angenehm

Man muss ziemlich viele Treppen hochsteigen, um zum Zimmer zu gelangen, es hat keinen Lift. Für ältere Semester nicht unbedingt geeignet. Auch eher eng.

Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, was für uns Top war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Für zwei Personen haben wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen, das Bett war auch sehr klein und ungemütlich (für große Menschen definitiv zu klein) die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und die Spülung der Toilette lief durchgehend. Die Sauberkeit war unserer Meinung nach nicht befriedigend. Und es war sehr hellhörig. Mit unseren Zimmernachbarn konnten wir uns durch die Wand unterhalten.

Good location Good size room, the bathroom was splitted into 2 (toilet was separate from the bathtub and sink) Nice staff We could leave our luggage until check-in time They provide also breakfast but we did not take that (10euro/person) All in all, it was ok

Horrible experience, full of bed bugs

Never go to this hotel, it’s full of bedbugs, I had to run in the middle of the night from there as both rooms they provided were full of bedbugs. The owners after almost the month did not refund my money where in fact I did not even stay due to the bed bugs. The worker in the front desk said that this problem was there for a long time but the owner for not want to address it and just think about their pockets. Shame on them. Never stay at this hotel unless you want to spoil your vacation and receive 0 customer service.

Very poor

Microscopically small room, poor cleanliness, dirty towels, human hairs and mould in the shower, no aspirator in the toilet, making the mist from shower and toilet smell very hard to extract. Very disappointed.

Would book again

Cute boutique rooms at a great price for Strausbourg. We were a group staying for an event. Easy walk to event, restaurants, Cathedral, exploring old town, parking and public transportation for all of us to move separately. Allowed early checkin and breakfast was varied. We all left full. Fresh baguettes!

Very central location, easy walk to city and christmas markets. The rooms were small but tastefully and comfortably furnished and clean.

There was a lot of stairs to be climbed with heavy luggage to get to the rooms and at night time it became apparent how thin the walls were as we were woken by footsteps from above or around us.

Great location. Easy walk from train station and ALL around the town. Staff was awesome, friendly, good English, very helpful. Room was bigger than I expected.
