親切なスタッフさん

スタッフの方が非常に親切に対応してくれたので、その点が一番良かったです。

Wifiが全くもって使い物にならないくらい弱いです。

Goed hotel!

Hotel ziet eruit als op de foto. Kamers ruim genoeg en van alles voorzien. Locatie precies tegenover de metro. Op straat komt het trammetje en ook heel veel bussen o.a. de bus naar het vliegveld. Voldoende restaurants in de omgeving.

Het zwembad was in onze tijd veel dicht ivm thunderstorms waarschuwingen terwijl het weer prima was.

Decent, functional, good value. Location perfect for Quarry Bay.

Location ideal for Quarry Bay and Taikoo office areas. And only 100 meters from MTR station if you need to get to Central. Decent size room. Functional. Space to work. Bathroom ok. Above all, great value for HK$500 per night.

Slightly jaded décor and furnishings. Not ideal for being in the heart of the city. But does the job at that price!

Bland, aging, pitiful room service. The barest minimum of service. Most of the staff were friendly.

Location although being adjacent to the major funeral home on HK is somewhat off putting.

Pitiful range of room service and you are required to pay for your room service, in full, when it arrives. Leave a bad sense of not being a trusted customer.

Will try a different hotel next time.

The staff who cleaned our room were wonderful, courteous, did a great job, and always with a smile.

The breakfast was ordinary, stale, and almost inedible. Too pricey for what it was. Tried it the first morning, then had breakfast at McDonslds and Starbucks the rest of our stay for a fresher more enjoyable start to the day without the inflated cost.

Nice room with comfy beds.

The friendly staffs and they upgraded the room for me, as I requested for a bath tub. The harbour view room is very nice.

good transport and view but old

There are lots of public transportation in 3 minutes. good views.

however, it was quite far from city center, airport and Kowloon. the facilities in my room and the room itself were old. a noise in the aisle was quite loud.

Love the stay!

Great price, great location, great reception staff. Nice pool. Wonderful stay. I was going to stay only one night, at the end I stayed for 4 consecutive nights.

The gym is very outdated and a bit dirty. That’s it.

WiFi is awful, location is great

Clean rooms, great location near to MTR and in a good place on HK island

The swimming pool was very basic. The WiFi was appallingly slow - gave up and used mobile data instead. Breakfast was very poor

Overall, the view was good, but the rest of the room was terrible.

The best part of the room was the view from a premium room on a high floor. The view of the harbour is beautiful, although the main Kowloon-view is actually blocked by a building.

The rest of the room/hotel was not so great. The A/C is freezing, but when turned down, the room (floor and furniture) is completely damned with humidity. The bathroom is disgusting. There are black moldy spots all over the shower, door and walls. There was never hot water in the shower, I just ended up taking quick warm showers. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds combined. So the middle of the bed is a hard block (and cannot sleep on).

Disappointing

The location of the hotel was very convenient and our room was very quiet.

The cleanliness standard of the room was extremely poor. On the very first night, my bedsheets had hair on them. Next morning I asked for the sheets to be changed but that didn’t happen. I also got bitten all over by bedbugs which ruined my trip and made extra work for me once I got home. Also, the walls and ceiling in the room had cobwebs everywhere. It was a very disappointing facility.

Convenient and comfortable

Second stay in the hotel - was checked in early so that I could start the day early. Really appreciate this thoughtful gesture. Compact room with all essential amenities. Good location, 3-min walk to MTR Quarry Bay and serviced by multiple bus lines and tram.

Very weak WiFi for those who rely on hotel WiFi for work. Patchy connection for taxi booking or checking emails.
