Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Frühstücksbüfett war außerordentlich gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Der Bahnhof ist direkt in der Nähe in 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut.

Die Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm. Unser Zimmer war im EG. Es war sehr hellhörig.

Kurztrip

Die Lage an sich ist toll, direkt am Griebnitzsee, ruhige Gegend, die S-Bahn-Station ganz nah, kostenfreies Parken an der Straße war problemlos möglich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl.

Wir waren zu einer Zeit da, wo es extrem heiß war. Das Zimmer lag zur Sonnenseite und war damit so aufgeheißt, das ein sich Wohlfühlen leider nicht möglich war. Der bereit gestellte Lüfter (?) konnte leider keine Abhilfe schaffen. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte und haben uns damit arrangiert. Aber es war grenzwertig. Das ist sehr schade, weil das Hitel an sich wirklich toll ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, der von allen Zimmern gemeinsam benutzt wird. Etwas Privatsphäre durch Aufstellen von Raumteilern oä wäre wünschenswert.

Top Lage! Super Frühstück!

Es gab ein super Frühstücksangebot für alle Geschmäcker und auch vegetarische Angebote. Ich hätte gerne mehr probiert, aber irgendwann ist man leider satt. Das Servicepersonal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Von hier 2 Minuten zur S-Bahn Bahn und gleich in Potsdam oder Berlin.

Der Fahrstuhl war defekt im Bettenhaus und mein Zimmer hatte eine Tür zum Nebenzimmer. Für eine Nacht hat es nicht groß gestört, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es zu hellhörig.

Für eine Nacht ok. Personal gruselig

Lage gut. Parkplätze an der Straße. Edeka nebenan. Italienisches Restaurant sehr nah.

Im Sommer ist hier alles mit Mücken übersät. Wir wollten 1 Tag verlängern. Keine Chance. Total unbeweglich der Mitarbeiter. Beim Checkout war niemand am Schalter. Zimmer sehr einfach.

Klasse Unterkunft, mit toller Lage. Gerne wieder.

Gräumiges Zimmer. Lage des Hotels: Direkt an Wasser und S-Bahn . Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Qualität der Brotwaren. Nur aufgebacken. Teils geschmacksarm. Passt überhaupt nicht zum tollen Gesamtangebot. Fehlender / defekter Toaster. Etwas unappetitliche, schwer handhabbare Töpfe bei Rührei und co . Offensichtlich auch Engpass beim Frühstückspersonal.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Das Hotel soll schön am See liegen, wir haben aber ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude gegenüber gekriegt, was mit Seelage gar nichts zu tun hatte. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass zum Hauptgebäude bequem eine Unterführung führt.

Location was ok, perfect location on the Gribenitzsee itself and close to S Bahnhof Griebnitzsee (direct link with Berlin).

Facilities were a bit old, AC was not functioning well and rooms faced S Bahnhof...staff was not super friendly...

Great location for train into Berlin.

Great location for getting into Berlin on the S7 train line. This is why we booked here. The breakfast was quite good.

Our furniture had stains on it which was a bit gross. Pillows were really bad, just so flat. Parking expensive.

Modern hotel overlooking lake across the road from S bahn station which is about 10 minutes from Potsdam and 30 from central Berlin. Quiet surroundings with balcony. Very extensive good breakfast. Good value ( was low season ).

Confusing emails requesting online check in and payment through a third party. Had already paid and this apparently has been a problem with some guests paying twice

Superb

One of the persons in reception, I believe she was from Chile, was just amazingly kind and nice and always very helpful. A colleague of her made a mistake with my reservation of the airport shuttle and she solved the problem instantly. Really, an excellent customer service!

The breakfast and location were great.

I would have liked to have some body lotion, a shower cap and a minibar. One of the hangars was broken. There was an uncomfortable chair hanging in the room taking up space!

Very good

Setup of the room with a door between the "kids area" and the parents room. Location with roof balcony was great. Breakfast was big and very nice set up. Loads of options!

Didn't like the carpet floor - this is not up to date anymore. Also the breakfast staff was partially rude and not very service oriented - and I speak about management - level Staff! Don't forget about who is paying high prices!

Good hotel, but without any place to chill

- Hotel is located right at the river and right next to a S station - Pleasant breakfast

Unfortuntalely, we didn't manage to use the hotel for the purpose we came for. We booked this hotel in the nature to be able to rest, but the weather was extremely hot and there was no air-co in the rooms, so it was not possible to stay in the room at all. There is a cozy restaurant which we wanted to use, but it was closed because of lack of staff.. We asked if we can just use it, without the need of any service, but that was not possible. In the end we couldn't use the hotel and had to look for another cafe around, which ruined our overall experience and made us not like our stay. There was an annoyance with the cleaning staff as well, that decides to clean your rooms at 8:30AM. Yes, 8:30 in the morning you will hear a knock on the door that will wake you up and ask your room to be cleaned. Afterwards, we hanged a do not distrub sign, but the maid still insisted on cleaning our room, went inside and opened our curtains which made the room very hot when we were back. Keep in mind that even though the hotel has some nice chill areas, you will NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE HOTEL, so better look for an option where you can actually chill in the hotel.
