Experience this spacious, two bedroom beach side apartment. The unit is in a small block of 6 with a lock up garage, generous open plan living and balcony facing the beach. The unit has lots of natural light and great ocean breezes flowing through the unit.

- Secure carpark in lock up garage (parking is FREE)
- Across the road from Maroochydore beach
- Unit located on the first floor (approx 15 stairs to unit)
PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST - ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $250 ADDED FOR PET TO STAY TO COVER PEST TREATMENT AND CARPET CLEAN AFTER VACATING. Dogs are to be under 16kg. Please advise size and breed of your pet when sending through a booking request.
