Camere foarte frumos decorate si curate Privelistea din camera impresionanta Cina delicioasa chiar daca meniul nu este unul foarte variat Personalul este amabil Locatia excelenta

Restaurantul ar putea imbunatatii comoditatea, aspectul si decoratiunile acestuia caci desi are o priveliste superba, mobilierul este anost, la fel si decoratiunile. Ar fi fost util sa existe o zona SPA/masaj

В отеле прекрасная атмосфера и чудесный завтрак с безупречным обслуживанием!

Впервые остановились на азиатской стороне в этом изумительном отеле прямо на Босфоре. Как же там красиво и уютно! Прогулка по каналу на обычном городском корабле (станция буквально за углом отеля) по цене автобуса до рыбацкой деревни находящейся почти у выхода к Чёрному морю и обед там свежайшей хамси запивая шалганом - истинное наслаждение. В пешей доступности те же дворцы сродни Топкапи и не один. Парки и скверы, набережная и кофе, пиде и балык экмек, антикварные лавки и гуляние по узким брусчатым улицам.

A wonderful stay

It is a wonderful and cozy hotel with windows in the room overlooking the Bosphorus , beautiful interior design , breakfast was delicious , staff friendly and professional . This boutique hotel is highly recommended .

Mükemmelin üzerindeydi

Tesisin konumu konsepti konforu atmosferi harikaydı. İstanbul’u hissetmek yaşamak diye bilirim .

Tesisin her şeyi mükemmeldi çalışanlar da gayet ilgiliydiler ama kahvaltı restaurantın da ki çalışan bir beyfendi hariç sinirli ve sert tavrı vardı ki kendimizi baya rahatsız hissettik.

It’s a charming and clean hotel, that’s right by the water. It’s quiet and comfortable. The staff are kind and accommodating. We loved it. One of our best stays in Istanbul.

Beautiful hotel with a mattress problem

It was beautiful. The finishing, the staff, the service. Everything was first class.

The ONLY thing that was terrible was the bed in the front balcony room was ROCK HARD. It made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We could deal with it being a small double but the mattress was awful. I challenge the manager/owner to go and sleep on it. They would (should) replace it immediately as it really detracted from our otherwise perfect experience.

definitely an amazing accommodation for couples for a 3-4 day stay

I really liked the decoration, sense of privacy, the welcoming staff, the location, and the breakfast service.

Hidden Istanbul experience

Everything was absolutely brilliant! The palace itself, the interiors, the view from my room, the breakfast hall and the food. Great experience.

Water in the shower was not flushing down very well.

The Sigara Borek we've had over brekkie was simply the best! The Adhan prayer calling was beautiful

Pictured are deceiving - do not

It is situation in a great location but not worth value for money. There are many other options available with better customer service, therefore do not recommend.

The pictures of the room are deceiving. The room we booked included sea view and the picture showed a good sea view. However, in reality this was not what we received as there was a huge building and only a fraction of the sea view. The picture on booking.com was taken at an angle and was deceiving. We addressed this with the staff but they were not willing to accept this and told us if we didn’t want the room we can leave but will not be refunded. We called booking.com but they were not able to do much. Would definitely not recommend.
