Magique

3 jours magiques au Napasai pour notre lune de miel : bel accueil (avec petit cadeau), très belle chambre avec vue incroyable sur la mer, beau site avec piscine agréable et plage privée, dîner magique au restaurant sur le sable, et surtout un staff parfait toujours aux petits soins avec beaucoup de petites attentions

Rien ! Peut être la plage qui n’est pas la plus belle de l’île mais ça donne une raison de quitter de temps en temps l’hôtel :)

Korkeatasoinen hotelli jossa on suuret huoneistot.

Koska majoituimme kesällä, aamupala ei ollut kuin osittain buffet. Muuten aamupalan sisältö tilattiin tarjoilijalta. Mutta oikein hyvä oli joka tapauksessa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Tytär sairastui vatsatautiin, niin tuntui että jokainen puutarhurikin tiesi tilanteen. Saimme valtavasti huomiota ja vatsalle hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa. Lisäksi huoneeseen lähetettiin kukkia ja "parane pian" kortti. Täällä todella välitettiin asiakkaista.

Kaikki oli loistavaa. Ainoa miinus on ranta, joka ei ole hotellin kohdalla kovin hyvä.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful location with charming and helpful staff.

The pool area and the pool itself is quite beautiful and the beach wonderful. The level of service is extremely high. You can press a button next to your sun bed and within seconds a member of staff will take your drinks order.

The food, whilst obviously a high standard, is too elaborate. It would be better if there were also some authentic but more simple Thai offerings.

A wonderful vacation experience!

Perfect ending of our Thailand vacation tour, we stayed 1 week and loved it from the beginning to the end. What a great quiet location, the rooms, pool, beach, food, bar and the fantastic staff ... all together a complete wonderful vacation experience!

We had the most wonderful time!

Everything was amazing. They have many sport activities, the infinity pool is great, employees are very attentive.

Nothing. The beach is not the best but it’s private which is a plus.

Truly 5 Stars

The pool was magical. We spent most of our time here. The restaurants were delicious and breakfast was amazing. The gym was great. Just the right amount of activities and water equipment to keep busy, including free bicycles and water sports. Ping pong, pool/snooker table, darts. Tennis courts, yoga shala, Thai boxing area. The rooms were large and felt like a tropical oasis. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. The location was quiet and felt remote, but it's walking distance to the main road. Staff was helpful with suggestions for boat trips, restaurants, and other island amenities.

Our air conditioner kept resetting to 26c at night which was a little warm. The location during monsoon means the tide is out most of the day and sea swimming isn't ideal. Luckily there are beautiful beaches within a short bicycle or taxi ride. Rooms could use an update, especially the bath/shower.

Arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Service and rooms are incredible. Excellent views and great food. Will accommodate well for special occasions. Never have been treated better at a hotel

Nice 5 star hotel with top services

We went there with our 4 y.o. son. We really enjoyed the attention of the Personal. Our room was cleaned 2 / 3 times a day and was very clean. We loved the yoga and thai boxing activities. There is no kids club which is surprising for a 5 star hotels... but there are kids activities.

The food of the restaurant is good. Unfortunaly no fresh seafood. The hotel should have a kids club.

Good value for money, lovely staff, beautiful beach.

Breakfast, pool and beach front. Wonderful, friendly staff, and particularly the hospitality managers. Everything was done to make our stay as special as possible and to welcome us back as frequent Belmond guests.

Best 13 days ever :)

Everything was excellent in the resort. Beyond our expectations, really. We stayed in the Beach Front Villa, which was spacious; the bed was very comfy, and the resort provided all you needed when travelling—even small things like toothpaste, shaving equipment, needles and threads. So we thought, as Thailand is much cheaper than Europe, next time, travel light, bring essentials, and buy clothes and all other necessities locally. I especially want to point out that the customer service in the resort is so thought-through and beyond excellent. We want to thank all staff who took care of us; special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Alla Elizarova!

For us, nothing disturbed our stay. However, maybe people who want to party more wouldn't like to stay in Napasai as it is calm, quiet and meditational. It suited us well, and we enjoyed every moment at this paradise resort.

Run down Room

The people working are absolutely amazing. Best service.

The rooms are really really old and run down. Also there was no coconut available at any of the restaurants which is wierd as koh samui is the coconut island.

Everything! we have already planned to go back. Loved the “call for service” buttons by the pool and beach.

I think staff should tell kids to turn sound off on electronics. Trying to have a peaceful breakfasts with kiddy shows on full blast was a special kind of hell.

- Beautiful views - lovely accommodation - the nicest staff ever - great food - excellent massages

- quite a lot of kids which hurts the romantic feeling sometimes - minor: dinner options limited for vegetarians
