Vriendelijk personeel

Supper vriendelijk personeel, dame achter de balie heel behulpzaam. Ongelooflijk lekker eten. En hielden rekening met de wensen van de gasten (veggie) Goede chef kok. En Petra Dichtbij.

De badkamer is iets verouderd, maar is ok. Airco lekte op bed van vriendin. Gewoon bed opgeschoven. Prijs kwaliteit ok. Aanrader voor enkele dagen bezoek Petra.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel whilst we were on a visit to Petra.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. We had hot water in the shower. The hotel itself was in a good location. The breakfast was fine.

Muy recomendable

Lugar inmejorable, muy buena atencion por parte del personal. La ubicacion es muy buena, esta justo en el centro de la ciudad, con un gran ambiente a medio minuto caminando. Y el acceso a Petra esta a 10min en coche.

The Hotel is closed to Petra.

The bathroom is a bad design. You need to jump into the bath having a shower over the bidé and toilet. It is not so safe solution.

wonderfully warm and welcoming staff and a great location.

Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. At initial checkin one staff member was a little rude; however, after that other staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful and made up for it. shared tea and rides and recommended restaurants.

The room was cramped for 4 people. the shower was not fully enclosed so hard to not flood the bathroom.

Great little place for a couple of days in Petra.

Clean, spacious room. Walking distance to Petra - however note this was up a big hill on the way back.

We arranged through the hotel to have a taxi pick us up at the Aqaba border, however it didn’t go to plan. The taxi didn’t turn up at the arranged time, and the hotel took over an hour to respond to our messages, meaning we had to find alternative transportation.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good, hoping for more diversity, but overall very tasty. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. They even helped me out with a flat tire I had while traveling.

great value and location and the service is top notch!

Service is over the top, I went with my son and the people were extremely helpful and nice to our family. they even help me to park in a busy street. the food is pretty good too and really local which is amazing. The room is more comfortable than I ever expected and it is really close to the visitor center in Petra. I would definitely come back.

if you are by car you need to check out for parking in the area as the hotel has none. you can always find a spot i noticed but maybe because i went out of season.

Value for money budget hotel

Value for money , clean budget hotel. Staff (all) are very good.. The transport to drop and pick up from Petra entrance is very useful. Located close to some good eateries

Without out permission they entered our room and started to drilling some holes into the walls. Our room was full of dust after.

I recommend this hotel

Everything was fine and as expected. Clean rooms and bathroom. Hotel staff very helpful. Very good local, traditional food.

Comfortable and simple

The room was big, warm and very comfortable bed, the breakfast was good, could have been much better, the restaurant staff try to keep their custumers happy, walking ditance to the city, clean and smart furniture in the room and the lobby.

The bathroom had no good lighting, there is bathtube but its not well desing, showers will be best insted, the internet didn't really work and we were without power one night but the staff didn't try to make up with a drink or anything, the staff were too distant but never rude.

Recommended hotel for a short Petras stay.

Room was clean. WiFi connection could be better, but good enough. Breakfast was a small buffet but had everything you need. Personal was friendly and helpful. Location is okay, it is not so far away but also not in the near of Petra. it is around 20 minutes by walking.

The room was not ready at check in time, so we needed to wait a bit extra.

Taps were broken. There was no toilet brush. They give one towel to two people. The room was staring at the ground across the room.

I felt treated like a princess

The room was amazing and the staff super helpfull. There also is a shuttle to the Petra visitor’s centre so no need to worry about taxi’s

A truly wonderful stay!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of Petra. There are lots of supermarkets and cafes on the same street. It is walking distance to the lost city so we didn’t need to book a taxi once for the few days we spent there. Khaldoun was the most amazing host who helped us a lot with our travel plans and made us feel so at home! I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel to others.

Good Budget Stay with good food.

Simple Place. Good Food. Free Shuttle to Petra Visitors’ Centre. Friendly Staff. Location is good for local food and shopping.

No Electric Kettle and Tea/ Coffee Facility in Room. 25-30 minutes walk to Visitors’ Centre.
