Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel in einer super Lage um London kennenzulernen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt zwei Straßen von der U-Bahn Station Queensway entfernt. Und ca 100m vom Hidepark. Die Zimmer sind sauber und reichen locker für ein paar Tage London.

Das einzigste was nicht so toll war, ist das Frühstück gewesen. Da hätten wir uns sehr gern noch zb. Rührei und Bacon etc. Gewünscht. Aber trotzdem hat es uns ein guten Start in den Tag gegeben.

Great location, not so great amenities

Great location, helpful staff. Room was big and generally clean

Though the bed and room were generally clean there were a lot of things falling apart and in need of repair like shower seal and the door to the bathroom. We were placed in a ground floor room and there was a panel on the wall for temp control but it didn’t work and there was no way to cool the room. Unable to have window open due to proximity to another room directly opposite. We also unfortunately had a visit from a cockroach in the evening that ran off before we could find it. Breakfast was relaxed however very limited continental option.

great location, large rooms, friendly staff, great value, great local life, easy access to transport, will look to stay here again

Huone oli viileä. Suihkussa vedenlämpötila vaihteli. Aamupalalla osa tuotteista välillä lopussa. Naapurihuoneista voi kuulua äänet huoneeseesi, mutta yöt olivat rauhallisia

A Basic Hotel at a Great Price in a very nice part of London

The hotel was nice but the adjoining door in my room, 103, you could hear all the conversations from next door, and when people moved next door I could feel the movement while I was in my bed ... very strange. It didn't disturb me too much but it was just something I could have done without. Breakfast was basic but I only ever eat a small breakfast and it was what I needed. the location is good as Baywater has some nice restaurants.

Again, the sound bleed from the other room. Plus the shower head would not stay high and it was moving with the water pressure. Just small things and these can be easily fixed.

Good location, great value for money in the city.

Good value for money! The room was spacious enough to include our suitcases and still move around the room, which is rare in city hotels. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was the same. Breakfast was continental with sufficient options for a few days stay. Location of hotel was great with Hyde Park at the end of the block, easy walking distance to many places and very easy access to buses and trains. Would stay here again and would also recommend to family and friends who are needing a good bed and hot shower in a good location.

Our room had the option to be interconnected. This meant it wasn’t as sound proof and we could hear our loud neighbours talking for the couple of days they were next door. It didn’t impact our sleep or our stay ad we were only in our room to sleep.

"Perfect place to start your journey, especially if you arrive at night-time.

The location is simply perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, as were the beds. Breakfast is included and quite good.

The staff in the dining room seemed disappointed or upset with something, which is certainly not what you want to see first thing in the morning. However, honestly, this is not a reason to deduct points from the overall impression of this nice hotel

Good base to visit London.

The room was large, comfortable and quiet, bigger than expected. The beds were comfy too, slept well. We used this as our base to visit London. With the tube station within 200m and several bus lines, access to different parts of London was made easy. Hyde park was just 100m away. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a petrol station that sold snacks etc.

The breakfast was ok, could have been better with more choice. If we come back to London we would consider this hotel again without hesitation.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and accommodating

The room was extremely small, I had 2 luggages and once both are open I can barely walk around. Shower area and toilet were also extremely small. Plus they don't provide drinking water in the room, when asked the staff said this is 3 star, only 5 star provide water. But they did provide tea/coffee packets, that's weird.

Good if you only need a bed

This place is close to 2 underground lines which is very convenient to get to several places in London. It is relatively cheap for a hotel in London.

However, several things were not good at all. 1) First day, I opened my yogurt and it was full of mold. (Seems like the food was not stored properly) 2) The walls are so thin that it feels like not having any privacy. 3) The room cleaning person seem not to clean the bathroom but only exchanges towels and makes the bed. 4) The staff in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff seemed all the time very grumpy.

Great hotel in central location. Would recommend and book again.

Good hotel in great location. Even though it was a single room, it was a good size. Very clean, lovely hot shower and breakfast included, which unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy as I had an early check out.

Window couldn't close. Even though it was October it wasn't a cold night so not a problem for me - but am not sure I would enjoy in the winter!

Short but Sweet

Location just off Bayswater road, two tube stations close by and Kensington Gardens over the road. We have stayed there before.

As we were only there one night we didn’t speak to staff about this but if had been there for longer we would have asked for a second bath towel and another bedside lamp.
