El personal : excelente atención, muy servicial. Lindos jardines , bien mantenidos. La comida, y desayuno : muy buenos

Gritería del baño , toallas y sabanas: muy antiguas, en mal estado de conservación. Cerámico roto. Falta pintura en puerta

Muy caro para lo que es. Plaga de hormigas

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente y tiene buenas instalaciones para ir con la familia.

Las habitaciones no tienen vista directa al mar, sino hacia el interior del recinto (uno logra ver mar, pero no por la buena orientación del edificio). Tiene todo para ser un excelente hotel, pero por el precio que cobran por noche uno esperaría que se le haga algo de mantención a las instalaciones, y la limpieza cumpla con expectativas mínimas. Me sorprendí al ver algunas hormigas en las sábanas al abrir la cama. Pero más me sorprendí al encontrar la mamadera de mi hijo consumida por hormigas en el velador, solo un par de horas luego de hacerlo dormir. La verdad es que no recomendaría este hotel por el precio que cobran.

la habitación parecía de motel, cuando dicen estándar no especifican que es,un closet convertido en cafetería,color horrible una ventana pequeña.colchón feo...era un verdadero motel parejero, hasta hormigas en mi cama y muebles ..nada de.hotel ...nunca más vengo

Mucha bulla en la noche, no es familiar , se escucha todo de la habitación del costado .. no te ayudan a llevar tus maletas a la habitación. No lo recomiendo para familias

Nice and clean and within walking distance from several restaurants.

O quarto é confortável, tem closet, vista para o mar. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade e sempre limpos.banheiro renovado. O atendimento é prestimoso. E o espaço social é muito gostoso e inclui além da piscina, quadras de tênis, campinho de futebol infantil, parque com brinquedos, Ping Ping e pebolim.

Claramente precisa passar por uma Pequena renovação. Se ve bem gasto, espelhos, portas.

Good location but some downsides.

Good beachfront location. 30 minutes walk from the bus station. Rooms were nice and bathrooms good.

Staff didn’t explain about extra taxes if we paid in CL$ rather than $, so we had to pay about $45 extra. The breakfast had the worst coffee we have experienced in Chile so far.

The location is good.

The room is big but it has a smell like some plastic things were burned. I had to open the window all night. And another annoying thing, I have asked invoice for me and my friend. They gave us their WhatsApp. I wrote to them several messages, the messages were well received and read, but they never responded.

Happy with the decision to stay there. Was perfect.

Breakfast was sufficient. But it was the same every day. Same cold meats and scrambled eggs. I would've liked variety and more warm food options.

Really good place (in front of ocean) with private parking. Tasty food in restaurant and quick & nice waitresses. Comfortable & big bed and extensive modern bathroom.

Quite thin walls, so sometimes you can hear the neighbor's alarm clock or voices from the next room...

Beds are extremely comfortable, and the showers were great. The swimming pool bar is nice. The gave me a very good recommendation for tour company. I really like this hotel.

The swimming pool is cold. It would be much better if the water was warm. Some of the furniture looked worn. The music in the swimming pool was not of my taste. The bingo and contests in the swimming pool were just noise to me. I would rater have peace and quiet and not loud music.
