Location Location Location! Awesome spot in a quite town.

Location was Fantastic! Acess to the beach was awesome. Vico Equense was a cute town.

Slighty dated, beach chairs & umbrellas are extra.

The stay was great. The hotel is average.

The view and the beach are beautiful. You get a private beach for the hotel and it's amazing. The hotel itself is below average in terms of facilities and quality in general. I was surprised it's a 4 star-hotel to be honest. Not to say that I had a bad experience. It was quite good. I just expected more from the price point

It looked like a really old and badly maintained building. Cleanliness is ok but not great. The quality of the room is also ok.

Amazing views and facilities.

I was upgraded to a sea view room on arrival and the view was exceptional. The room was nice and clean and the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Being a solo traveller I found the private beach really great and felt safe enough to leave my things while taking a swim.

Fantastic location, friendly and comfortable

Positives: Fantastic location - perched on top of the cliffs above a private beach with beautiful sunset views from the restaurant across the bay of Napoli. Quite magical. Breakfast was good with nice choice of savory, fruit and sweet. Restaurant staff were really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was also good. Food was good quality, though pretty expensive (the view is worth it though). The beach was nice enough and if you got down there at 9:00 on the dot before the crowds you can enjoy a quiet swim.

Negatives: The room was meant to be "partial sea view". However that meant you could see the sea if you walked to the end of a long balcony that faced a wall then peered round the corner (room 401). You definitely couldn't see the sea from the room. However, the room was comfortable and cool (helped by the fact that it was tucked away). Small things were missing - no cold water at reception on arrival - after coming in from the baking heat, that would have been a very nice welcome. Also on departure, no-one asked how was the stay. Finally, no water in the rooms and no fridge to keep anything cool.

Sporting Hotel

The great quality of this hotel is the view of the bay of Naples. The staff and the breakfast are excellent

The rooms are quite small and rudimentary for a 4 star hotel. The soundproofing of the rooms is not good, every morning we were awakened by the noise.

Great view and great breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

The balconies are not private (dividers between adjacent balconies would be nice). Restaurant staff got grumpy when I asked for wine glasses for our room. Access to the beach was limited to 9:00am until 6:00pm, not great if you want to exercise on the beach. The train is the best bet for affordable transportation to Sorrento and other areas.

Amazing hotel

The balcony and the view are unreal. Totally worth it just for this. The lift to the beach was also great. Good AC, but need to ask for this at reception.

The lack of amenities in the room. There's a mini bar with signs forbidding you from placing your own items inside. There are no cups, glasses etc in the room. There was an ashtray filled left on my balcony when I checked in, so unsure about attention to detail when cleaning. And the breakfast was poor. Uncovered fruit which had lots of flies.

Everything was very nice.

Have difficulties with sleeping because of the noice of the terras, next to reception, at the entrance. We had room below the terras, so when people were moving the chairs it wake us. 😕 The food in the restaurant was not wel cooked and they could not bring us something else

Magical hotel with beautiful view, elevator access to the beach, and close to resturents

The hotel is magical. It is located on top of the hill with breathtaking views over the water with an elevator that takes you from the hotel straight to the private beach. The room was basic but very recently renovated (yes rooms may look old in the picture but they are brand new with not even a scratch on the furniture ). The staff are also very helpful and polite in the hotel and the beach. The front beach reaturant was also amazing. Not to mention. Vick Equense is a beautiful town with breath taking views and amazing restaurants( worth to visit) and the hotel is located in the center giving you plenty of options for food and drinks.

housekeeping didnt provide shampoos and body wash when they cleaned the rooms even though the shampoo little bottel was empty

I understand the extra cost for beach beds, but the hotel should provide towels. Would be great to be able to reach the beach before 9am, for an early start into the day.

Exceptional

Position is fantastic. View incredible, hotel very nice. Private beach. Not far from train station.

Nothing to complain. Only to know that there is no parking, but it's always possible to find it in the blue zone within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel for 6 euro for 24 hours.
