Superb

The apartment was modern and comfortable. The breakfast included was a real bonus. Location was great.

We had an issue with no WiFi for a couple of days but then it was sorted.

Very good

The sauna is really nice and the usage is well explained. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is also properly equipped. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. Everything is clean and the apartment as well as the buildung are easily accessible. The Bus Stop is almost right in front of the buildung (from the main Bus Station). The cable car is just 30 min by foot away from the apartment and close by is also a really nice Pizzeria (La Playa ;)) but also a lot of other restaurants and cafés (try out the Ecocafé, just 5min away by foot!).

There should be a tray or drying area for the Snowboards/Skis. We dirtied a towel because we had no place to put them on and store properly. The breakfast is fine but it would be a super add-on to be delivered in reusable than plastic boxes and also reusable bags or taking the paper bags back to reuse them again. It is a bit noisy when someone lives next to you as the walls are a bit thin.

Communication between us and the owners was very reassuring

Location for us was very good, within walking distance of our interests, and well within good restaurants.

Wifi was patchy, but this may have been the general area.

Great place, but definetely not for dedicated ski vacation.

The city is nice, cozy. People are great. Prices are low. Food was excellent. Many recreational facilities. Chocholowski terms are great, although it was many people. All arranged perfectly.

Practical arrangments on ski spots.

Very good

Cozy, clean and good located appartment. Everything was excellent, except no communication from the owner.

It was impossible to reach owner by phone, I have called few times, wrote a messege, but didn't receive any answer or call back. The kettle is leaking.

Very nice apartment

Clean rooms, warm in cold days, cool in hot days! Kitchen packed with necessary accessories, bathroom with jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. A sauna in the basement. I am very pleased with my stay in this place!

The appartement is nice, but the service could be better.

The location is good if you want to visit Tatry National park. Interior is nice. Option of sauna as well. stayed there for 8 nights and it got cleaned a bit once or twice.

Driveway is quite narrow and you have to be careful not to bruise your car when entering through the gates, if you take the right turn. if you stay longer as i did, some practical things like hangers in the bathroom/shower would be useful. Breakfast is brought every morning by the housekeeper who seemed friendly but spoke only Polish. breakfast leaves lots of plastic waste and if you stay longer than 3 days you get tired of having bread every morning. The cutlery was a bit dirty when i arrived but that`s not a big deal. After leaving got an email from Willa that the small blanket was missing. The blanket was left in the apartment and i even wrote directions about that, but still it would have been nice if they double checked or replied afterwards which they did not.
