Estuvo bien

La habitación es amplia, la zona de la pileta es linda. El desayuno estuvo correcto.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire (solo un ventilador de pie) y encima la calefacción estaba prendida, por lo que no fue lo más cómodo. Despues detalles o "mala suerte", en la habitación no andaba la heladerita, y me la cambiaron recién al otro día. El sábado volví a la madrugada, y estuvimos (porque habían otras 8 personas) esperando más de media hora para que nos abran, entiendo que el empleado es una persona y se quedo dormido o no se... pero para nosotros fue molesto.

The room was huge and so well furnished. The breakfast was good and was provided early for us because we had a plane to catch. It was a bargain!

The only drawbacks were the heat (we had a fan but no apparent AC)& few charging outlets

Also nice friendly staff, we were allowed very early check in (7am).

Much nicer hotel than the pictures, big rooms, in the city center. Because we left very early they opened the breakfast buffet at 5:30 especially for us, 10 stars for that!

Good

We stayed for only one night. The room was cean and confortable. Breakfast had several options and was pretty good.

The bathroom was a bit old and could be updated. There was a bit of confusion about whether the hotel kitchen was opne to serve dinner, but it was sorted out in the end.

The wifi is awful. I had to go next door to Genesis to use their wifi.

Decent room let down by breakfast

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Spacious and clean room, with a nice seating area.

Restaurant had a strange atmosphere and was hard to find because there are two sets of lifts and only one goes to the required floor. The menu del dia had only one boring choice of dessert. Breakfast is taken in the ground floor bar, which is cramped with small tables. Plates offered are much too small, and there were no bowls.

The welcoming staff and fantastic breakfast made our stay enjoyable!

The staff was wonderful, allowing us an early check in, which was much appreciated since my kids were sick and we had been up for 24 hours. The breakfast was also great!!!

The triple room was fairly small for three of us.

I wouldn't want to stay again, not worth the 4 star rating it is advertised as, but not unpleasant

Decently central location but...

massively let down by the boy racers revving very loud engines durning the night. All night! Not the hotel's fault, of course! The hotel was very dowdy, rather spartan and run down really. Breakfast was standard and not very exciting.

Location is good, at city center, bed is very comfortable too, hot water and excellent breakfast.

It was reserved and confirmed, through booking, a double room with a double bed. But during the check-in the staff said there isn't available this room, and we had to merge the beds by ourselves. He, surely, already know about this and didn't say anything about before entering.

There must be better options.

Breakfast was pretty good, with a variety of toast, medialunas, fruit, coffee, tead and juice. The location was central for Trelew, but, unless you are going to Trelew on purpose, go to Madryn instead.

The room was very small and the beds were sort of crammed in. Supposedly, the hotel has central air conditioning, but it was hot. There was no way to control the heat/ac. There was no fan. I ended up literally sleeping on a hard wooden floor because the bed was awful and it was too hot. It was the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. And then I had to drive 10 hours the next day. There was a nice breeze out the window but people partied and yelled and honked horns and revved engines until about 6:15 a.m. At that point, some of the people outside - most of them staggering drunk - broke a window on the car next to our and scuttled off while the owner ran down to see the damage on his vehicle. We probably should have paid the extra fee for a neighboring parking lot, but we were fortunate and our car was not damaged. Speaking of extra fees, our dog was an at reception upcharge of about 30-35% of the agreed price. I am sure it was somewhere in the small print, but it was annoying as none of the other stays on our trip have done it like that.

On March 15, 2020 we arrived in Trelew. An apparently ignorant official told us at the hotel reception a) that I had to pay the ordered accommodation for two days in cash in US dollars, b) we were quarantined as a result of a government decision. We were quarantined in a room that was not cleaned up and full of sawdust by craftsmen ... Later it turned out that we do not quarantine, (mistake of a clark) but the afternoon was lost ... Furthermore, it turned out that all the museums /state decision/ are closed, so the next stay in Trelew was pointless, so we flew to Buenos Aires. I hereby request full refund of the accommodation costs. If necessary, I will provide photo documentation of sawdust and dust in the room.
