Personal muy agradable pero hotel muy antiguo.

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy atento y agradable.

Falta zonas comunes cómodas, la decoración es muy antigua y sobretodo el desayuno era poco abundante. Desde mi opinión, con un poco que invirtieran en nueva decoración luciría 1000 veces mejor. La sauna estaba cerrada. Y el gym no exixtia están dos máquinas…

Dachterrasse mit Pool, das Frühstück und die Gastgeber sind einmalig!

Die Zimmer könnten etwas grösser sein und der Pool ist sehr klein.

Inviting accommodation with a family dynamic

Owners//staff were lovely and very helpful, beautiful location away from busy crowds, it felt more like staying at a guest house than a hotel, and they make an excellent americano with oat milk! I’m definitely recommending it to my friends and family and hope to be back very soon!

Some bits are dated, however, to be expected in Europe

The staff are excellent and go above and beyond because they care to may your stay great.

Great location, nice air conditioned room, comfortable bed and pillows: Very clean. Beautiful gardens. Our flight was late and we arrived just before midnight. The manager greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The staff are so friendly and helpful and you feel they really care that you have a great holiday as a guest in their hotel.

I wish it had a bigger pool rather than a large jacuzzi

Lovely family run hotel to which we’d like to return.

Excellent location, very central but on a quiet street. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. All management and staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Great choices for breakfast, and lovely to sit in the garden for it.

Not a lot, the facility is minimal but convenient enough. I wished it was a swimming pool rather than a jacuzzi on the top floor.

Lovely hotel, with super friendly staff, with good facilities in a quiet location. I would definitely go back.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and on hand to help with anything including taxi bookings, rail bookings, directions, where to find a supermarket and which beach to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were brilliant with my gluten free needs. Super clean facilities and a spacious room.

The property was in a very quiet location which was great, but it was a little walk to the centre of town.

Expensive cab from the train station and long walk to the ferry if you have luggage.

Exceptionally good breakfast, partly in the beautiful courtyard, partly inside. Very complete and lots of variety - Short walk to the boulevard / shops and Restaurants - Very friendly and helpful staff / family who run the Hotel.

Excellent Italian Hotel

Everything; the hotel was in a very convenient location. The staff was excellent and they took the extra steps to make everything we did so easy. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were hands on and were accommodating to any requests we had. We did not use the bikes but took advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool and deck with beautiful views of the harbor.to

Nothing! I have stayed all over Europe (150+ trips) and I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A perfect room, with a view for going to and from the beach. The rooms are retro, but the breakfasts are fantastic and the staff - led by Federica - are wonderfully helpful.

Really nice stay in a lovely hotel!

Breakfast was great, home made and fresh cakes and lots of choice. Got a larger room than we thought with balcony and was always perfectly air-conditioned. Lovely roof terrace with a hot tub, looks like recently done and great views from here. We found it super hard to find any hotel with some sort of pool so were really happy with our choice. Staff was very friendly and so helpful and quick to respond to our queries. Is located in the centre of Santa Margherita, which was a great base for all means of transportation and main sights.

Not necessarily the hotel but in general be aware that driving and parking in this area is just busy and tricky. You can have a parking space which is secured in a garage and the staff keeps the key. We tried not to use the car; the boat, bus and train are really good.

The Staff was amazing!!Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a wonderful selection. Location was also perfect!! I would stay here again!!!
