Characterful house overlooking the Loire river.

Beautiful character house, great location and views of the river. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent breakfast.

On a busy road but when window shut didn’t notic the traffic.

Welcoming antique house

Wonderful old family home with lots of great decor and antiques, both in the public areas and in the rooms. The owner was very helpful and enthusiastic, truly making you welcome at her home. The room was very big with comfortable bed.

There were some shortcomings in the bathroom (shower door a bit broken, no shampoo). The location is slightly far, about 20-25 minutes walk away from the old town.

From the photo's I had bigger expectations. The house is rather cluttered.

The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.

The house is on a very busy and noisy road and we got no sleep. Also a very hot evening and they didn't explain or tell us that there was aircon.

Not our style.

Breakfast was ok. Loud road noise at location.

Shower head was plastic and cracked. Location has no cafes or places to eat nearby. Interior was cluttered.

a very kind and attentive host. beautiful rooms, nicely decorated and comfortable ideally located from the city center, just a 20min walk away (and such a beautiful walk).

Superb

The location was excellent, on the 'quiet' side of the Loire and a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the centre of Tours. The nighhlife on the river banks was great fun. The breakfast was fantastic and tea and coffee were available in the breakfast room throughout the day

The room overlooked a busy road but the inside double glazing worked very well, so we were not disturbed

Comfortable and pleasant place in a nice location.

Breakfast was good but no alternatives for those of us with “issues”. Nice coffee though! Easy walk into town.

Free parking across a busy road which was not clear when I booked it.

Great location at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center where you can find bar/restaurants. The room and bathroom are big.

At the arrival we don’t have received the code wifi and there wasn’t written indications anywhere. The day after we have received the info.

1. Nice view on the river Loire. 2. Nice decorated rooms. 3. Short walk to Tours.

1. The hotel is situated adjacent to a busy road (although the view on the river is great). Leaving the doors open, makes a short night. 2. The sink was not working. 3. The hotel has a mobile airconditioning. This is not that good as a fixed one.

Heavenly place to stay

Everything! This is like staying in a chateau. The building and everything in it makes you feel so happy. Bathroom is fabulous and the bedroom was magical. Great views, parking in the courtyard and just a stroll from the old town. Perfect. Owners are wonderful too.

A lovely boutique style hotel a great reception when we arrived, it was our wedding anniversary and the owner kindly gav

Clean and a large comfortable bed, en suite was great.

Our Room faced the river with a main road between us and the river, nothing the owners can do about it but was noisy during busy times.

The location, if you like to walk. Beautiful old building, lovely room. Convenient if you are driving.

The room was very small with a king bed and nowhere to put luggage. We never met the host so had no guidance.

Classic stone house next to the river

You could only be in France... gorgeous traditional town house, large rooms. Good modern shower, exceptionally large and comfortable bed! Friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast. A bit out town centre, but with lovely riverside location.
