I enjoyed it and I will return.

The pool,breakfast when I needed to get somewhere they had the shuttle and the staff was amazing helpful in all aspects of the hotel and the area.

Didn’t give that no thought was too busy enjoying myself.

It was relaxing but it could have been better

It was close to the beach and I liked that breakfast was included. Josh was great! He gave us vouchers when the water was shut off.

The shuttle service was very limited. We were charged the resort fee without even knowing the available amenities. The only we even found out about the available amenities was through asking other patrons. Apparently there was a pink slip we were supposed to be given at check-in that detailed our amenities but we never got it. Our linen were not changed regularly until we requested. The water was shut off for a while so we were unable to take showers until it was turned back on.

Basics done well but the hotel offers nothing more than being on the base of the 7 mile beach strip.

Quality breakfast and smart clean hotel.

REAL LIMITED. Public use of hotel pool - ruined the relaxation of the area. No access to beach, no vacation focus. Shuttle limited in travel route.

No drinking water bottles in the room. I made a request to change the number of nights stay, which wasn’t responded to and I was charged for the whole original booking of nights stay.

Very beautiful hotel, but there is room for improvement.

Our room was amazing. It was large and very spacious. it had a dining area, fridge and microwave. The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

The one day, we received a knock on the door, and it was pest control. I'm glad I was in the room at the time to know they were coming and be available to pack away any food that wasn't packed away. I think guests should be made aware before something like pest control sprays in the rooms. We had food in the room, we have young kids and I'm asthmatic. Before spraying chemicals, guests should be made aware. They only seemed to have a single person at the reception desk at a given time which meant there were long queues. I sent a few messages via the Booking.com messaging system and didn't receive any replies. We found the pool bar very expensive, and ended up buying groceries at the local store and keeping them in our bedroom fridge which worked well.

Good place to stay, not cheap but decent and great food!

Nice pool, great place to stay, pool snacks were good. Bedroom, bed, TV was decent. Breakfast was good and food at miss pipers was great!

Accessible room so bathroom turned into damp mess. Access to beach was ok, but not a great beach location as rocky & reefy part of the beach. The price was in line with Cayman prices but still expensive for what it was location & facility wise

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Reception staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious. The outdoor area for food and evening drinks was good. Staff looked after our cases so we could take the local bus to George Town.

We had dirty towels in our room - they were replaced

Good location for walking, pricey but fine

Free shuttle to different places around Great people in reception supporting on everything Close to plazas and bars around

Beach area is not as it is on other resorts Bed was noisy, can disturb neighbors Overall the island is expensive everywhere, same for this hotel as you are just getting sleep and breakfast.

As always had a great time visiting Grand Cayman. Hotel is nice and in a great location.

Location is great, updated rooms, friendly staff. Clean pool. Restaurant on site and many restaurants close by, free breakfast. Ample parking. Close to airport.

Our stay was great!!!

Our stay here was very enjoyable. Our room was spacious, light, airy and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, Georgetown and several of the exceptional beaches along the 7 Mile Beach. The free hotel van service made it easy to get around. The included breakfast is plentiful, tasty, and offered many hot and cold choices. Hampton by Hilton is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in during my extensive travels. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff went above and beyond to meet our special needs. The staff, at every level was so helpful, so accommodating, so kind, and so friendly.

A good place to stay

Good location in a clean hotel. Good value and friendly staff.

There isn't much beach left on this part of the resort so limited space. That's not the fault of the hotel, obviously.

Fantastic family break!

Staff excellent, breakfast was very nice, rooms comfy and clean. Pool restaurant and outdoor bar really well set out in fantstic garden area.

Food and drinks pricey (but then it is Cayman Islands). Little bit more storage in family room but not a deal breaker by any stretch!

The garden bar and pool area were fabulous

Our room was on the ground floor, which was really noisy. pool music until fairly late and then again early in the morning and the garbage truck collecting the trash at 3am meant a very disturb nights sleep. fortunately we only stayed for one night

For the price this venue is great.

Nice location, clean room, well landscaped pool. The beach was a little disappointing since much of it has been washed away. Complimentary breakfast was very nice.
