Great hospitality and fabulous views

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Great welcome from Rod the owner who was a great source of local information.

If I was being really picky I’d say access is a little bit of a trek but actually after fabulous food in Bagni di Lucca probably not a bad thing.

A wonderful experience, leaving us refreshed, well rested and totally spoilt by the host!

We had a five star experience in a B & B. The views were breathtaking from our room and from the various sun trap terraces, the sound of the river was like a lullaby easing us to sleep each night. The room was big, airy and bright, bathroom perfect, Egyptian cotton bedding. Freshly cooked pastries, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Rod the Host went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough to anyone. We are well travelled and this was a real discovery, better than most five star hotels as Rod's Irish charm gave it the element X!

Nothing we did not like. We loved the place and the experience.

Awesome villa with amazing views!

Rob is a very nice host - he was so kind to put on the fire in the fireplace ( some chilly days). the villa itself is awesome, lots of love went into the deco. We especially loved the terrace & the view.

Superb

The owner was very friendly and helpful, location was really good, room had views over the river and it was very clean. We were offered a very good breakfast with fresh bread, pastry and fresh fruit. Definitely will recommend and in fact we already did.

Villa Rosalena is a really lovely place to stay, the views are great , the room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.. The breakfast was also very good a really good continental with plenty choice..

I enjoyed everything about the villa Rosallina and hope to return

The breakfast was excellent, lovely ham, loads of fruit and pastries that were obviously freshly bought. Rod gave me very good service.

Fantastic

The view is amazing, we had a comfortable bed, clean accomodation. The host is very thoughtful And makes a Nice breakfast. We really had a great time And it felt like a little peace of tuscan heaven .

Struttura splendida, perfect location, best nights sleep with the sound of the river, perfectly comfortable bed, such a nice host - I would defenitely love to come back and enjoy the stay for a few days longer.

Amazing place, definetly worth it!

The location is wonderful, even though it is a bit noisy due to the small waterfall. Rod, the host, has been wonderfull even though we met just once, letting us know that we could have asked him anything.

The only thing we did not like was the parking loot. It has just one access, which is a very tight way, not usable by big cars

Great escape from the cities

If you are getting tired of modern life in the city this is great place, and a great area to fill you batteries. Villa Rosalena and Bagni di Lucca have that “stuck in a time” feeling but in positive way. Rod was a great host, very kind and communicative with good recommendations of where to eat and what to visit. The view on the river and town is priceless. Hope to visit this place again real soon!
