mooie hotelkamer, nette badkamer, goed bed. vriendelijk personeel. Hotel goed schoon overal. nette uitstraling.

ontvangst televisie was slecht. indeling van ontbijtbuffet was onlogisch waardoor je geen rustige goede route had en mensen die door elkaar liepen

Great stay, excellent location!

Staff was very helpful and friendly, good breakfast. Great gym facilities. The room was spacious and had everything you need. The location is amazing as it is so close to the metro/train station so you can get anywhere you need in a matter of minutes!

Room for improvement is the water drainage in the shower, but otherwise everything was great!

Beetje jammer

Bij de uitcheck heeft het personeel achter de balie adequaat en netjes gehandeld.

Bij inchecken een onvriendelijke baliemedewerkster. Eenmaal op de kamer bleek het niet de kamer die we geboekt hadden. Kamer was kleiner. Vloer van de douche/ wc ruimte heel erg koud.

L accueil du petit déjeuner un grand bravo pour leurs sourires et gentillesses bravo à ce magnifique petit déjeuner. Par contre l accueil a l arrivée laisser largement à désiré . Le lieu est idéalement situé le métro en face ( gare centrale .. centre ville prendre M45.le parking super ..

Gute Stadtrandlage mit Parkplätzen schlechtes Frühstück und katastrophale Sauberkeit nicht nochmal

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen am Stadion wo es einen p+r Parkplatz gibt wo man günstig parken kann und die Anbindung an die Stadt ist gut man erreicht das Zentrum in 20 Minuten mit der Bahn

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit queensize Bett gebucht bekommen jedoch ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten auf Reklamation hieß es nur ist kein anderes verfügbar. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig überall Haare im Zimmer und Toilettenbrille mit Spritzern vom letzten Gast. Frühstück ist inkludiert jedoch Riesen Trubel beim Frühstück Auswahl nicht die beste man findet zwar etwas aber alles andere als gut würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht wieder buchen da Preis Leistung absolut nicht im Verhältnis stehen

Great and Amazing Hotel clean and Location

Location just 1 minutes walk to Metro & Train Station 20 minutes to City Centre by Metro. last metro time back from centre around 11.45pm every day Clean and Staff are supported

No Room Warming/ Heater System as room become cold at night and early morning .. I thing the case will be worse in deep winter time 😬

Zeer goed verblijf, een aanrader.

Top hotel op uitstekende locatie. Meerdere keren verbleven als we naar Ziggodome of Afas gaan. We komen zeker weer terug. Personeel uitstekend, Ontbijt uitstekend. Uitchecktijd 12 uur echt fantastisch. Geen haast, geen stress. Met 1 woord Heerlijk.

Kamer valt tegen

De kamer. Het bed was erg hard en klein. De douche was lauw water, al stond de thermostaat op het aller heetst. En het is erg gehorig zowel alles op de gang als boven en de naast gelegen kamers.

Mijn verblijf was hastikke goed

De klantvriendelijkhed en alles was binnen loopafstand

De eerste keer waren we gaan ontbijten tussen 09:00 en 10:00 , de service en het eten was uitstekend maar de volgende dag gingen we iets later dus na 10:00 toen was het eten niet zo goed als de vorige dag ! En de huis telefoon deed het niet.

Prettige compacte indeling, fijne en ruime douche, alles schoon en netjes. Direct naast NS Station Amsterdam Bijlmer/Arena.

Ik heb geen info gezien in de hotelkamer over wifi, anders had ik daar gebruik van gemaakt. Ik had vanaf mijn kamer uitzicht op ING en Arena, en deze ramen hadden een erg koude uitstraling, die ook door de gordijnen niet tegen gehouden werd. Bij het raam in de stoel zitten was daardoor niet comfortabel. Het "sinaasappelsap" bij het ontbijt verdiende die naam niet.

Bello e rilassante

Il personale molto accogliente e gentile. L’albergo è molto pulito e si trova a due passi dalla metro, dallo stadio e dallo Ziggo Dome. La colazione è molto abbondante anche se sempre uguale.

Non vi era un frigorifero per rinfrescare le bevande. In generale l’hotel è bello e accogliente ma troppo troppo caro anche se temo che Amsterdam sia carissima ovunque.

Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, parkeerplek, kamer en badkamer voldoende ruim, donkere gordijnen.

Wachttijd en drukte ontbijt. Het personeel was proactief in het organiseren maar de ruimte is gewoon te klein. Bedden waren erg hard. Mijn arm sliep er van.

Kwam in de kleding kast een viese onderbroek tegen met schimmel of iets anders dat was niet opgeruimd voor wij kwamen zelf maar weggegooid !!!!!

Esperábamos algo más por el precio que tiene

El personal muy amable y solucinaron en el momento una incidencia que tuvimos con una de las habitaciones.

Una de las habitaciones estaba sin limpiar cuando llegamos y en la otra el wc no funcionaba correctamente y olía. Nos cambiaron inmediatamente y compensaron con unas bebidas gratis en el bar. Nos dio la sensación de que esas habitaciones habían estado mucho tiempo sin ocupar, porque cuando pasó el servicio de limpieza actual se notó la diferencia.

Great location, friendly staff

Location was fantastic- being right next to the train station was convenient and helpful for my stay. It was easy to travel to other parts of Amsterdam. Staff were friendly and most helpful.

It was an excellent room but I didn’t like the pillows and I found the bed harder ( not firm, hard) than it needed to be. These impacted my sleep somewhat.

Perfecte locatie, dichtbij station en Arena. Prima schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.

O hotel é novo, super bem localizado( praticamente ao lado da estaçao de metro) tem supermercados e restaurantes perto. Fica tb ao lado do estadio do Ajax Café da manha muito bom, e quartos e banheiros bem espaçosos.

Pro objevování Amsterdamu skvělá lokalita. Do hotelu se pohodlně dostanete vlakem z letiště, velká zastávka, odkud jezdí i metro do centra, je vzdálená doslova jen pár kroků. Skvělá snídaně s bohatým výběrem, potěším možnost udělat si vlastní výbornou holandskou vafli! Odpovídající poměr ceny kvality.

Toalety na recepci dostupné jen na kartu od pokoje. Po odhlášení a čekání na recepci na odjezd na letiště tak musíte žádat recepční o otevření.

La chambre été peu équipe pour le standing de cet hôtel … pas de coffre fort, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de mini bar.. le lit était assez petit même pour un queen size ! La douche était bouché et l’eau ne s’écoulait pas provocant plusieurs inondations ! La seule réponse apportée par les équipes de l’hôtel nous donner des serviettes pour éponger..

Voor 1 nacht te doen

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Locatie TOP. Overal dicht bij.Trein,metro en waarvoor wij kwamen de Ziggodome op loopafstand.Behulpzaam, ontbijt goed voor elkaar,voldoende keuze.

Sanitair was niet goed schoon, zwarte haren lagen in de wastafel en douche. Douche was gevaarlijk glad, niet geschikt voor ouderen. Ons verblijf was voor 1 nacht dus je neemt het voor lief.
