Beautiful, spacious well equipped play, memorable stay.

The property was clean the rooms were big, we were given a downstairs room that we absolutely loved because our little girl could run around the grass and play, our room was big and well equipped and the bed was quite comfy. The staff was amazing too and readily helped us when we needed help. I just wish the cleaners did a better job we had to clean the big from the previous guests who poured a smelly soup in it and it wasn't washed but covered with big bag.

اشكر ادارة الفندق كانو متعاونين معانا لكن يحتاج الى تطوير

اللوكيشن ممتاز

حمام واحد سخان الحمام لايكفي لعدد الاشخاص لاتوجد خدمة تنظيف الحشرات كثيره الشبابيك مافيها حمايه من الحشرات بصراحه تاذينا وايد منهم

موقع ممتاز ونظيفه ومستوى الأمان عالي تعبد عن السنتر 8 دقايق بالسياره انصح فيه للعوائل الخليجيه وعند الحجز يختار الطوابق العليا افضل

Great amenities and stay, with beautiful view,.

Room was spotless and bed as well as pillows, sooo comfy. I loved the idea of two separate duvets in bed which made our sleep so comfortable. Very nice view from windows, and very happy with entire room and its design. As well as other amenities.

Little fridge had a funny smell, thought it would’ve disappear but it didn’t really. A’c didn’t wanted to work at all, like it wasn’t working or turning on. So fan would’ve been helpful especially if there was some difficulties with a’c.

Было все хорошо, понравилось наличие посудомоечной машины, стиральной машины. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Было чисто, порадовало наличие балкона с отличным видом. Есть место для гриля

Super miejsce, fajna lokalizacja zarówno jako wyjście w góry jak i bliskość restauracji i sklepów.

Przepiękny widok z balkonu. Możliwość korzystania z garażu podziemnego z windą na wyższe piętra. W apartamencie dostępny sprzęt kuchenny, Można przebywać w ramach krótkiego, jak i dłuższego pobytu (nawet pralka w łazience), dużo miejsca, szerokie drzwi, dzięki którym wjechałam wózkiem inwalidzkim z seniorem :). W łazience bez uchwytów, kabina prysznicowa, ale nie wskazywałam takiej potrzeby, więc 3 dni daliśmy radę. Super obiekt.

Bez zarzutu.

Enttäuschend, muss nicht nochmal sein

Hunde erlaubt. Parkplatz vorhanden, Terrasse,

Vorhänge zu kurz und Lichtdurchlässig, Parkplatz- und Hundegebühr, Ausblick auf Mülldeponie, zu wenig Geschirr, dass Spümaschine überflüssig ist, keine Waschmaschine, obwohl in Austattung angegeben - bei Nachfrage keine Reaktion, Personal bei Check in sehr erkältet. Personal unfreundlich, Zimmer wurde auch an andere vergeben, die dann versuchten in das Zimmer zu kommen, Zimmer zum Check in nicht fertig. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Very good

Very nice building with pleasant surroundings. Lovely view from the balcony. Friendly staff. The apartment is well equipped.

Too few hangers for the towels. The apartment was able to accommodate 8 people, but there were only 4 hangers in the bathroom and nowhere to hang the towels in the bedrooms. The dishwasher was also too small considering it was for 8 people.

Disappointed

It was quite nice, location was good.

The bathroom light didn't work and the showerhead was stuck on it's lowest. There was an alarm going off once in a while. A literal FOOTprint was on the WALL.

An appartment complex within 10 min drive from city main attraction, Gubalowka mountain& Krupowki street. The appartment was spacious &fully equipped.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Suitable parking 40 Zl / day. Lot of living space. Mountains view.

5 of 6 windows rollets were broken. Washing machine and door handle have been repaired on our request. No free room service of cleaning. In front of apartments huge waste segregation station of all Zakopane with lot of noise due to falling broken glass. difficult to adjust shower hot water. waste to be thrown by guests personally.

Nice and pleasant hotel with minor issues.

Nice and pleasant place near the route Krakow-Zakopane. 10 minutes by the car to the center of Zakopane. Apartments with all necessary furniture and kitchen. Parking is available.

Under the window in many rooms is a waste / glass recycling plant. A beautiful view of the mountains spoils this plant. In the morning after 6-00 cars are already driving and rattling glass.

We stayed only for 1 night but the expectations were exceeded.

Very comfortable, modern, clean and light room with a fantastic view to mountains. What is more, all utensils needed for self-catering are available, as well as washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a dryer for clothing.

Great value for money

Great location if you are with car. Clean rooms, enought space for 3 or 4 people. Kids playground outside. Parking outside or in garage.

Too hot on apartaments. Breakfest is not worth to take.

Everything was fine, the location was good, close to the center of Zakopane. The equipment of the apartment is good, the kitchen has enough accessories that people need to prepare food. Good beds, a large sofa in the living room and a table in the kitchen for eight people

Very good

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was good and more than what we could have it. Everything was ok, I recommend this accommodation.

The hotwater pressure could be a litte bit higher, because it wasnt enough for me.
