Top Lage

Die Lage ist sensationell, eigener Balkon mit Blick direkt zum Hauptplatz. Vom Zimmer könnte man den Chachani anschauen.

Good stay for one night and very early start so we did not mind

Location. Staff was friendly, packed us breakfast for our early start long bus trip to Cuzco so that was good of them

Room is very small, can hardly move around the room having 3 luggages (for two people as well)

Great location and views of the plaza

The location is amazing. And the terrace they have where breakfast is served has great views of the square. Whilst small we were always able to get a table there throughout the day and bring our own drinks and snacks etc to enjoy the view. The rooms are nice and beds comfy. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room didn’t have an external window and it was a little noisy at night as music playing nearby every night. But for us the location and terrace they have makes up for this.

Great location but room very small and really noisy.

Location, Location, Location.

I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel I need to in this case. Two gripes: size of room and noise. The room was v small with little or no room for suitcase. In fairness I'm sure the size was on the details so that's my issue. However, noise was unbearable. The rooms surround a central open atrium like thing/shaft. The noise was horrific. Car alarms going off, people shouting in rooms, banging, music...it just went on and on. I accept most of the noise was not the hotels fault but the architecture amplifies the noise and it was nothing other than awful. Sorry.

Great location. Not so good service

The server at breakfast was very helpful and provided food the next morning I could eat (vegan). The location is really great.

The room was tiny. No vegan options for breakfast. Most staff were not friendly.

No Air-conditioning, no view, the window led you to a wall closed up in a 50cm squared air duct.

Location, location, location - but that's it.

The hallway smelled like cat pee, I talked to the receptionist and he said the hotel had a cat.... roaming around and may have peed in the hallway..... WHAT????????? that is unacceptable! She just apologized and did not do anything about it.

Good location. Comfortable mattress. And that is it...

This hotel is a joke! The hotel room is TINY and has NO windows or ventilation!! It can get really suffocating! They offer a fan but it is not enough to circulate air into the room... The bathroom is tiny and the ceiling height is very low! And the photos on the site are totally deceiving, mainly for the breakfast area... The photos makes you think the hotel has a great balcony with views to the Plaza de Armas but that is just not true! The hotel has a tiny space there (maybe 2 tables length) and breakfast is also very basic... But the worst experience was to get to the hotel feeling nauseated (after a night-bus-ride) and, even tough our room was clean and ready and empty, they would only let us get into the room paying 50% of the daily fee... Just to stay 3-4 hours more... Ridiculous!

the location and room were wonderful but the staff has some issues

the location was amazing. right on the square. the room we got was incredible. our window was on the square.

there is this guy named Percy. he was so rude. unkind. Cecil is so lovely and so was Edwardo. but Percy was unhappy, unaccommodating and extremely rude to us. we asked what time coffee was in the morning and we went and got it super early from him. when we left the hotel to go for an early run, he rudely asked us "where is the coffee?" and made us return the pot to him before we left the hotel. listen I get it. sometimes we hate our jobs. but this guy should not be in hospitality. Cecile and Edwardo were not only caring and hospitable, they were kind and did their job incredibly.

A delightful boutique hotel! We loved it!

Great Location! Great staff. A little small but beautifully decorated The receptionist, Luis we believe was his name, went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had. The breakfast from the terrace is unforgettable.

The bathroom is quite small, but modern and good hot water.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it

It was centrally located with many food choices. Easy spot for tour pick ups. The room, linens and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room faced the square. The square was busy and at times very noisy. The hotel wasn’t on ground level so be prepared for stairs.

Great for a short stay

The location is right in the city centre, and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was a small and simple buffet with a lovely view of the square.

the front door is usually locked, so you have to buzz and wait for the receptionist to come down and let you in every time you want to come back to your room.
