Comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom, close to the station and very warm and helpful staff.

A well located, modern and pleasant hotel, Like most hotel rooms in Tokyo is felt and was small. Breakfast was good and the after 5:00pm nibbles and drinks lounge area great to help unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Staff were excellent.

There was very little space available to be able to park the suitcases away, so they intruded into the little space available to move around in the room.

早めについてしまいましたが、チェックインも柔軟に対応していただいたこと。早めに大浴場にユックリ入れたこと。食事が美味しかったこと。今回で3回目の宿泊でしたが、いつもと変わらないゆったりとした雰囲気がお気に入りです。

good hotel with onsen in room

very Spacious Japanese and clean Room. We have room with outdoor bath with river view. Unfortunate there is no river stream during my visit. Japanese Breakfast is best and delicious.

An INCREDIBLE traditional Japanese experience!

This hotel was AMAZING! We LOVED the traditional Japanese room, and the fact that they had a private onsen for rent was the cherry on the sundae. We weren't comfortable using the regular onsen, but the private one was PERFECT. The hotel room itself was spacious, clean, and a fantastic traditional experience. They provided clothing for walking to and from the onsen as well. The staff was so accommodating, and the breakfast was a beautiful traditional Japanese spread. Would 100% recommend!

The only complaint I have is that it was a bit far from the main part of the town with limited food options. They did have a shuttle to the station, but it only runs at one time, and we needed to be there earlier. Oh, and the price was a little high, but the experience was great.

Spacious rooms, semi-outdoor onsen for rent if your room doesn't have one and you want a private bath

Food for that price was rather average, service was also so-so (slow serving, quite forgetful), located in the middle of nowhere - car is a must.

Nice and clean

The onsen was wonderful. Everything was clean and organized.

The staff were cordial but nothing more. They spoke very little English so I think that’s why they couldn’t help us much. It is very necessary to go by car, if not it is quite limited.

Good choice hotel for going to the Korube Alpine Route.

Very nice resort hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room.

Breakfast room is crowded. It is like a school canteen. Too rigid in check in time and procedure. We can't even complete paper work first when arrived before 2pm and pick up room key at 3pm.
