Położny w cichej okolicy, wszystko było wygodne.

Segregacja śmieci, nie po to się wyjeżdża żeby myśleć co wyrzucić do jakiego kubła.

Ładne mieszkanie, w dobrej lokalizacji, mimo pewnych niedociągnięć - polecam

Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji (15 minut spacerem na Stare Miasto), z widokiem na drzewa i kanał. Duży salon, jadalnia z dużym, rozkładanym stołem. Plusem, zwłaszcza przy większej liczbie osób, jest też osobna toaleta oraz pralka. Łatwe zameldowanie, klucze są do odebrania w recepcji na dole budynku.

Widać, że mieszkanie zarządzane jest przez firmę, a nie przez właściciela prywatnego, który dopilnowałby szczegółów. Ogólnie było w miarę dobrze wysprzątane, ale np. drzwi do obydwu sypialni opadły i konkretnie rysują podłogę, przy okazji hałasując. W toalecie był bardzo zakamieniony kran - tak, że woda pryskała na wszystkie strony, ewidentnie dłuższe zaniedbanie. Jedna z żaluzji była zepsuta, a niektóre okna ciężko się otwierały. Trylion kubków, a chyba tylko ze 3 szklanki. Brakowało nam też mikrofalówki oraz naczynia żaroodpornego.

Neblogas butas

Vieta-puiki. Rami gatvė, ramus namas. Patogu, nes turi parkavimo vietą. Šalia kavinukė, parduotuvė.

Trūkumai-butas nėra ypatingai švarus. Lovos gobelenas labai nešvarus, po lova dulkių kamuoliai ir senos batų dėžės. Užuolaidos, kėdžių užvalkalai taip pat dėmėti, nemalonu... Trūksta, kad ir minimaliai dekoro detalių. Ir mums nepasisekė su skalbimo mašina. Pradėjus skalbti, vanduo pradėjo kilti kriauklėje... smirdantis, kanalizacijos. Nepavyko išsiskalbti... :( Tačiau šeimininkai sureagavo greitai, nors ir buvo sekmadienis.

Ubytování

Na ubytování se mi líbila lokace objektu, již jsme zde dříve byli ubytováni ve vedlejším domě. Ubytování bylo prostorné, vybavení bylo dostačující. Pěkné výhledy, balkón, úložné prostory dostačující. Domluva a předání klíčů jednoduché, bez problémů, milá obsluha.👌 Apartmány jsme měli 2, každý trochu jiný. Ubytování hodnotím dobře, vrátila bych se znovu. 🙂

Nevím, zda to bylo již koncem sezóny, ale některé vybavení v jednom z apartmánů by již chtělo vyměnit nebo opravit. Bylo již opotřebované nebo lehce zničené. Např.sprchová hlavice , lopatka se smetáčkem, dvířka mrazáku, obouchané stoly atd. Vybavení však bylo ještě použitelné.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko starego miasta,prywatne miejsce parkingowe w garażu,winda,szybka i miła obsługa,czystość na dość wysokim poziomie.

Miejsce na krótki pobyt bdb, położenie lokalu w budynku tylko dobre że względy na temperaturę i hała

Nie korzystałem.

W okresie letnim dokucza wysoka temperatura, lokal nr 13 nie klimatyzowany, wieczorem nie można otworzyć okna, hałas z pabu pod oknem!

La habitación era bastante más austera que las de las fotografías. Además, matamos varias arañas y aún así algún bicho me picó en el tobillo. La cama necesita un colchón nuevo.

Lokalizacja, blisko starówki

Bardzo miękki materac aż odniosło się wrażenie ze spi się w dziurze, brak klimatyzacji ( 4 piętro aż buchało ciepłem i nie szło siedzieć w pokoju). Klatka wentylacyjna w łazience bardzo okurzona, nie działające baterie w pilocie od tv.

Location, underground parking, modern building

Furniture is in badly used condition, dirty shower, bad pillows and mattress, no shower gel and soap. Overall everything feels sticky. P.S.: I must admit, I've always wanted to have a "roommate" with eight legs and a penchant for rappelling from the ceiling. Your establishment granted that wish in abundance. The spider population in my room seemed to have an active social life, conducting nightly soirees on the curtains and drapes. It was like a miniature Cirque du Soleil, but with more legs and less grace.

I haven't imagined that the apartment would be this small, but it is ok the parking place in the building is weird. It was on the other side, where you can't get easily to it from within the building.

Great location! just 10 minutes walking distance to all major attractions in old city.

Apartment is relatively new but some of the futures are dated and need improvement such as drain in the shower is clogged, bathroom entry door had a hole, cleaning supply and equipment were stored in one of the closets. Cleanness is average.

OK, but not worth the price

Normal apartments for a few days' stay. I can praise the location of the apartments, a 10-minute walk to the city's center.

In general, everything was good, but the price was doubled due to the music festival that took place during our stay. For such a high price, a banal set of shampoo and shower gel was expected, which, unfortunately, was not found in the apartments, as well as disposable slippers. It seemed clean, but the shower floor looked dirty, maybe because it was old and worn. There were greasy marks from someone's fingers on the cabinet, it could have been wiped off.

The flat was dirty, you could see old dirt. The bathroom was disgusting. Also the bedding set wasn't fresh. The kitchen was supplied with poor amount of dishes. I was very disappointed.i

Superb

Bed and mattress was superb and amount of space in apartment was very good, large nice shower. Very good equipped everything that we needed for stay

All duvet were singles not a big deal but would be nice to have a double duvet in a big bed and also we had an radiator leak just when we came not massive but there was quite big puddle on floor I have made an phone call to owners and i was told that they will arrange someone to come on the same day noone came but they have repaired it next day not a big deal but I did not wanted to be responsible if something's bigger happend

New and fresh apartment

It was a spacious apartment in a good location. New and fresh. Close to the old town center, the Forum mall and of course to the tram. Easy to pick up keys, but instructions could have been even clearer. Comfortable sofa bed.

None of the doors in the apartment closed properly. Bathroom doors had locks, but they did not work. Beds were good but the mattresses a bit thin, making them a little bit stiffer than we would have preferred.

comfortable, good location, probably a bit on the expensive side but it is and expensive city, minimal complaints.

good interior, relatively clean, organised and thought put into it when you arrive, shower has plenty of space and is warm, owners are warm and caring even though I have had a dispute (due to my own fault) and put plenty of thought into their guests.

dispute with owners (due to my own fault), bad directions on booking and locals seem to give 3 different directions each time I asked one, insects running around (I couldn’t tell you what insect or how it even got in, could be due to polish climate, could be due to infestation) and only thing I could comment on regarding the property is likely the elevator being scary😂BUT THAT IS NIT PICKING! overall good property with very minimal faults!
