great value for money for those skiing or boarding on a budget

very simple and basic but great value...we were out all day either skiing or apres skiing so didn't really need much

The view was really cute.

The room wasn't very clean and there was no AC. Also the furniture and the cooking utensils were old.

A good place to stay

A well located structure. Designed as apartments with an all you need type of ideea. Clean place. A helpful staff in the reception.

I belive they have more locations. The rooms were very cold, with very cold bathrooms and the blankets were good enough for kids, not adults.

Poor

WiFi didnt work in room . No heating in the bathroom whatsoever. Man on reception came up to the room to look at why heating wasnt working and said none of the rooms had bathroom heating but then again it was the middle of winter !

Comfortable bed in room 313 but the sofa beds were rock hard.

Very basic, relatively clean but shower tray leaked at each shower causing the bathroom floor to be soaking wet. Towels are very small, not ideal. Breakfast very basic European fare, no staff around to help.

Location was ok not too far from the slopes

The apartment really dirty, spare bedding in wardrobe dirty and with blood stains. The mattresses stained and out of shape (used and abused) the sofa bed broken. In the balcony piles of bags filled with rubbish. Toilet leaking. Shower leaking Dishes and cutlery all left dirty. Cup even stuck to a worktop. No one was expecting luxury but clean, hygienic and mattress and sofa bed should be fit for sleeping. Booking.com should ban apartments like this from any future bookings. P. S. Also tried breakfast in apartment restaurant downstairs the 1st morning and oh my gosh definitely not fit for human consumption. Looks like its been prepared for animals not humans. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS

They changed our room to a much better room after compalining.

The first room was horrible and unhygenic.

Disappointing

The staff was excellent. The location was ok, only 10mins walking from the lifts.

There was only 1 heater in the room, no heating in the bathroom. The toilet was stucked for all the time (I will not get into the details). Breakfast was very basic. There was a microwave, but without plate in it. Only 1 power socket near the bed, but it was occupied with the heater. The water in the bathroom was all over the place after taking a shower. Hot water was not enough for 2 persons

Never again. I've told my friends who are going to Borovets next year.

The location was what I expected, a little way from the centre. The rooms were not cleaned or beds made. The food was very poor, in fact we had to eat out all the time.

Great value for money.

Very specious apartment, clean and warm (we went in January). Kitchenette equipped well to store and prepare food. Hotel is located in quiet area only 10 minutes walk to the centre. There’s a shop opposite hotel well stocked with competitive prices compare to shops in the centre of resort.

No hair dryer, but I’m sure it’s available if asked at reception.

our room was very spacious and had great facilities.

it is at a bottom of a hill that you’ve to walk up so I would not recommend bringing your skis down and you would not walk there alone.

Superb

location was good, staff were friendly and the balcony was good. very good value for money

bed not very comfy and apartment wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay (7 nights) but not too bad!

Just brilliant!

Everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, 5 min walk to the cable car and some good restaurants. We got humongous room for 3 ppl and for this value of money I was pleasantly surprised. I would genuinely recommended. And btw food on site is also quite good 😊 so you don't need to go out if the weather is not so great.

Passable

The hotel itself is not old at all, and I guess it use to very nice when it was build.

Due to poor maintenance the hotel is in very bad shape, both exterior and interior. It looks like that is falling apart.
