Perfect!

Location and accommodations were great! Host was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, too!

We arrived late at night due to travel delays and had a hard time finding our room on the property in the dark but the host was responsive and eventually we found it.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Owner HATES her business and has zero Wifi.

Bed was very comfortable, and the staff at breakfast were very nice

AWFUL stay. Zero Wifi and owner said all other guests had it, and it was just me, so I asked all the other guests who all confirmed they could NOT EVER use their laptops. The road to get in is awful, unpaved and will tear up your rental car. My booking.com reservation somehow got flagged by my credit card company, and the owner who was not even there threatened to call the POLICE on me, even though the others guest did not have to pay until check out (I asked them). Zero housekeeping or fresh towels in 3 nights, and you have to pay if you want clean towels 5 euros (said by sign). You also need to pay use a pool towel, and guess what... no towels to rent from anyone. The owner is a miserable woman hates her own business and her customers. I have been to 85 countries, and have NEVER ever been treated this way. When I departed, I left the keys where I found them (inside a bowl the second you move in) and the owner was blowing me up on What App saying I hid the keys. Also, no massages can be booked on site or elsewhere (as per their own advert on Booking.com states, so the owner suggest you go to the Pharmacist to call people to book, as she's too lazy to do it herself.

Breathtaking view

The connection with the nature, the scenic view of the room and the silence around the area.

Bed was uncomfortable and we had cold shower two times. They mentioned it could be because we took long shower but we did not.

Amazing place

Fantastic place that we definitely will come back to! The rooms are cozy with a nice view and the pool really nice with a view over the vineyards. Walking distance to the centre if Greve in Chianti with some great restaurants. The breakfast is fresh and offers wide selection.

We didn’t stay long enough to properly appreciate the place I think.

Breakfast was good. We arrived and missed check in. We had no Wi-Fi so did not get the WhatsApp instructions for check in. Fortunately others guests helped us. We did not appreciate that a private bathroom was not en suite.

The lack of a host at the site to check us in.

great place with friendly staff and great facilities

almost all was great - the nice big room with a great view, the pool with the clear water in the nature, the SUPERB breakfast we had (I think it was the best breakfast i ever ate in hotel) and the friendliness of the staff.

the "private" bathroom appeared to be separated from the shower and you have to cross the hallway and use a separate key to use it. also it has no windows/vent, so the smell goes to the hallway. i wouldn't determine it as "private"

Nice place to enjoy toscany

Very nice hotel, very stylish.great place to stay in chianti region, very peacefull place. I didn't like that there is no option for diner,but near by there are very nice restorants if you want to eat something. Breakfast was great.

Self chack in😀 it's not dificult,but you feel strange like burglar.of caurse this is a joke, but self chack in for me is strange. I did't like the window in the room,but not big deal if you are there only for one night.The owner is always there to answer all the question you have.

an absolute treat

a beautiful place, tucked away but only 10 mins walk from the town. a lovely room and great bathroom - love the tiles! a good fridge and air con. beautifully kept gardens with shaded seating areas as well as sun loungers. plenty of parking. the pool area is amazing and quiet with beautiful views over vineyards and woodland. and the breakfasts! wow! scrummy. location great to explore the wider chianti region. thank you very much. I wish we could stay another week. (or two)

Very nice stay!

Beautiful Location! Very clean and comfortable.

Self Checkin was fine but didn’t know which apartment was ours and very confusing. There was no one there to help and there were two apartments with no signs.

Charming B&B with tons of atmosphere

Our room was lovely with tons of atmosphere! We had a roomy private bathroom and a view of hills and vineyards outside our window. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We liked the location in Greve because it was so convenient to the surrounding communities.

Superb

Very nice B&B close to the centre of Greve di Chianti. We really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful and quiet garden. The pool is clean and has a nice panoramic view of vineyards. Breakfast was delicious. Stefania is a great host, thank you very much for our wonderful stay!

Very good

Greet breakfast (variety, taste, quality). Next to fresh cakes, meat and cheese etc they baked eggs in the morning. Location is excellent- just few minutes walk to the village centre. Swimming pool clean and nice, with lovely view ( open only till 20.00). Nice places to seat in the evening. Easy check in. Parking in the front of the reception door. Room was clean, comfortable. Bathroom good equipped. Welcome wine awaiting in the room

We had two separate beds in the room- what was OK fir us. But the bed quality/ comfort was mediocre. There is an kitchen with access to people from the apartment but it was forbids to use it (?!)

Pleasant

Comfortable memory foam mattress.

The rooms were full of old furniture which had seen better times, it was like staying at an elderly relatives home, fabric headboards (always a turn off and I don't believe the most hygienic choice for a bnb). The carpet in the bedroom was quite dusty, the sink had dust in too... maybe not the place if you have allergies or are put off by old furniture.
