need more facilities in hotel such as soap, toothpaste and mineral water. it is basic facilities for hotel.

please add more facilities in hotel. Unfortunatelly lift is out of service and we need to use stairs with a big bag.

It's location

Buttons for dnd and make up room not working. They run out of towels, so we had to buy some. Check in on 2nd floor. Had to carry our luggage ourselves. Lift not working

Lift not working, uncleaned bed sheet and two opened coca cola cans in the mini fridge

The bed, the cozyness..

First of all, lift were not working. It was dissapointing since one of the main reason i took this room was because it has lift. And my room was given way up to level 3. The bed sheet has 2 minor blood stains and the pillowcases were not really clean. There were 2 opened coca cola cans in the mini fridge which shows that the room were not cleaned thoroughly that the cleaners did not throw away the can drinks.

nice room,

they didn’t provide shower gel/shampoo, only soap. confusing check in instructions. and on my 2nd day, i cannot get into my room as the card not functioning and i had to wait 2hours for the receptionist to come and fix my card . what a waste of time. and the lift not working as well and you need to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. not gonna come here anymore. seriously the worst experience i had so far being a traveller

everything good just need to make sure service for cleaning to double standard or can put time to time

super nice, easy to walk at sunway pyramid, easy to find bank and food

i already put for cleaning service unfortunately they not cleaned. should be double check again.. plus i stay about 3 days..

to be honest, we don’t. environment..spaces and surrounding, not good for family vacay like us. The stairs very dirty with a few small rubbish. And not moping at all. So dusty.

nice interior and room

-limited parking space -there was shower cap and shampoo that had been used in our bathroom -the staff doesn’t mention the pin number to open the entrance door during night. -smell of cigarette smoke when first time enter the room -during checkout day, the cleaner want to enter our room and said “ingatkan sudah checkout”
