The overall ambience and decor of the hotel . Staff were the best ! Really friendly and helpful . Very professional. Breakfast was wonderful. Attention to detail such as welcome drinks, leaving gifts . All of it was fabulous!

Amazing staff, hotel a short walk from the historical sights

The staff goes well above and beyond to answer any questions and converse with you without being obtrusive. The a la carte breakfast is phenomenal and includes daily special of local delicacies. Our waiter was very polite and friendly and offered great recommendations. The room was well appointed, bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows provided. The turn down service was a nice, unexpected touch. Daily cleaning was top notch. It's only a short walk to all the sights and restaurants.

Bathroom could use extra towel hooks. There was also no space to put down toiletries due to the sink design. There is a lack of any view from most of the rooms, but we knew that when making a reservation.

I’m a frequent guest at Elakati, and it is my go to choice of hotel whenever I’m in Rhodes. The personnel and service are beyond exceptional and so, so friendly. Am always greeted more like a friend than a hotel guest! Each spotlessly clean room is unique, with super comfy beds; however my last visit I stayed in the Elafos suite, though extremely comfortable, is slightly below street level, giving it a bit of a dungeon like feel. It is wheel chair friendly, which fortunately I do not need, but good to know, with everything accessible for those that do need that type of room. Breakfast is made to order and is always top-notch, served in the small pretty courtyard area next to the reception. Placed midway between the beach and old town, within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing, ferry port, and all that Rhodes has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate their great services.

I like to give this hotel thumbs up. The staff service is awesome. The lady at front desk made us feel like home. She helped us for the parking. She offered complimentary drink/chocolate when we arrived. She arranged the cleaning lady to set an extra bed for us as there was a miscommunication about the numbers of person to stay. The breakfast was awesome. The room is super clean. The bed is comfortable.

One week in Rhodes and loving it Highly recommend the Elakati boutique hotel

It's a very small but pretty hotel, just around the corner from various shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly especially Christina who was the receptionist and who pointed out several interesting things for us to see and do. Breakfast was excellent. Luckily for us we had good weather so going around posed no problem at all.

There wasn't anything to dislike, so I would rate the Elakati an excellent place to stay when in Rhodes

Really lovely.

The people were really kind and attentive. They cooked us breakfast early on the last day, gave us an upgrade because it was the end of season and a room was available...without our asking!

There was a noisy nightclub nearby. It was okay with the windows closed but not with the windows open. This is on the backside of the building

Beautiful hotel with friendly 5* service

Outstanding staff, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Service was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and cleaned every single day - spotless! Breakfast was excellent. And the cocktails were 👌. Close to the beach in Rhodes town and close to the Old Town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rhodes.

Incredible place with a stunning design! pick the Helios suite, well worth the price.

We stayed at the Helios suite, it has a stunning modern design with an incredible attention to detail. We loved the outside terrace with a hot tub and the wet and dry saunas. One of the most elegant, aesthetically pleasing places we stayed at around the world for quick a relaxing couple vacation. On top of it, the staff is wonderful and Maria was so very helpful.

Relaxing, comfortable, convenient. Warm and friendly

Modern with a quirky twist decoration. Centrally located in town away from the main tourists, near the shopping area and fantastic restaurants, yet only a few minutes walk from the sea, the marina and the old medieval town. In a quiet neighbourhood at the heart of local life. The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and then freshen up later in the day. Every detail was there to make our stay comfortable, including the chocolate on our pillow every evening and the lovely welcome drinks and chocolates ❤️ We had a technical problem with the AC and were moved to another room immediately and without a fuss.

The only small criticism would go to the breakfast. The menu was lacking the basics: no variety of cereal, granola, pastries (only croissant) or toasted breads. Although some was brought when asked, the porridge wasn’t cooked, the bread was a bit chewy and there was no toaster. Plenty of cheeses, cold meats and egg options though.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Lovely Hotel in great location with super friendly staff. The hotel is located right in the heart of new town but still in a quite street. The rooms offer everything you need, comfy beds, super nice shower, kettle, fridge, hair dryer and much more. Don‘t even get me started on the breakfast: I would say one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had: Bread, cheese, ham, sweets, fruits, eggs (scrambled, omelette and much more), coffee, fresh pressed juice, tea and so on. No doubt we would come back if we will be in Rhodes again.

Can’t really think of anything. If I would have to name something: There are not many parking spaces directly from the hotel, but you can find free public parking nearby. So that wasn’t an issue for us.
