Very highly recommended.

Great location and spotless with very helpful (and thoughtful) staff. We were very very impressed by how much the staff cared about how we thought about their accommodation.We loved San Sebastian and when we return some years hence we would stay here again without hesitation.

Experiencia satisfactoria!.

La pensión está muy bien, buena ubicación, bares y servicios cercanos. El baño bien limpio y cómodo. El personal es amable y dispuesto.

Es un poco ruidosa la habitación, se escuchan ruidos del pasillo (huespedes que entran y salen) y de agua caer en algún caño que da al patio interior aunque esto último no perjudica el descanso, puede hacerte despertar un poco más temprano.

Tolle Pensión in guter Lage mit supernettem Personal

Zentrale Lage. Alles kurzläufig erreichbar. Altstadt, Strand, Busbahnhof. Kleines Café an der Ecke, zum frühstücken. Zimmer sehr sauber. Die kontaktlose Anreise mit Übermittlung der Zugangsdaten hat perfekt geklappt. Die Leute vor Ort sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very central room.

Great central location, only few minutes walk away from the coach station, lots of shops and restaurants and cafes nearby, monuments and churches to visits and the beach a bit further away. The guy at the reception on the next day was very helpful and nice and recommended lovely places for breakfast (a pity we only could try one though). It was nice to be able to arrive and get in with the codes provided 24h before but it was equally nice to be able to chat with someone ! They also kept our luggages for an hour, before we went to take our next coach, so we could have a nice breakfast nearby. We were 3x and we had enough place to have all our suitcases opened on the floor and still have room to walk around. We were there only 1 night anyway.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people chatting in the bedrooms nearby (they were quietly chatting, nothing loud), snoring on the room above us or even taking a shower in the next door room ! We also had a window opening in the inside patio so it was strange not to have natural light or see what the weather was. We didn’t like it at all not to be able to see outside and have to have the light on during the day in August. The air conditioning unit was very noisy even when stopped so we had strange noises every few minutes through the whole evening and night. I mentioned it the next day and the guy at the reception promised to solve the problem. The final negative point was that when we just arrived in our room and settled in, I found dark hairs in the towel rolled on my bed, then some more hairs under the pillow and the last one in the bedsheets. It was disturbing but I hoped it was the hairs from the cleaner and not the ones from the last occupant !

Great place

the pension is located in the city center; - the staff was friendly and helpful; - they clean the room everyday; - they provide a parking ticket discount;

I would upgrade to a room with exterior windows as those are larger.

Superb

Perfect for our overnight stay before morning flight. Modern, comfortable and clean. Close to bus station and walking streets. Joseba was very friendly, provided good suggestions for our quick visit, arranged our taxi to the airport and gave us an excellent suggestion for pintxos bar. I recommend and would stay there again.

Our room was absolutely fine for our needs, but may have been a little tight for a longer stay.

Excellent. Everything we needed in a great location.

Comfortable and clean in a great location. Easy keyless access. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided a baby cot. Would definitely stay again.

Very good

Perfect location, close to old and new towns as well as the beach. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean and staff made an excellent job of cleaning and changing sheets and towels every day. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

Comfortable and central.

The location is excellent, close to bus station, parking and entertainment. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The price. Expensive, but that may have been due to thousands of French rugby fans in San Sebastian for a big game.

Perfect little pension

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and friendly. Very quiet with double glazed doors. Code access made checking in super easy

Fantastic location, clean and well maintained. Comfortable and quite. Staff very friendly and helpful, Even happily get a cot out for us, shared information on where to go and what to see as well as a helpful where to eat list. Highly recommend

Highly Recommended

The location is very good. Also the bedroom which is good for three is big enough. I wonder why other people complain about the toilet and shower but in our assigned room (No. 16), it was very spacious. Easy access too. Walking distance to almost all tourist attractions. The discounted parking ticket saved us a lot. I highly recommend this place.

It would have been better if staff are available at the reception at all times. We only met the reception guy in the morning of our checkout.

This is a great place for a couple. Ideal or a single.

Nice beds, lovely shower, very clean and wonderful location

The rooms themselves are stark. No chairs, benches. The bathrooms are very small. Functional but tight. No hangers

Exceptional

The bed was super comfortable! The location was amazing and the staff was so nice. Walking distance to EVERYTHING (beach,bars,restaurants,etc) and super easy to check in, our train arrived late and all the info was given in a timely matter to go straight to our room! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Room and bathroom are a bit small which did not bother us at all but maybe some would like more space. (I still recommend you stay here)

The location was great. Near bus station and retail. Parking provided was at bus station which was great

Room was too small for family of 4. It was a tight squeeze but it had a huge bathroom
