Excellent property overall. Courteous staff. Value for money serviced apartment for frequent stays.

The staff are very courteous. They respond in friendly manner and definitely address issues of the customers. I frequently stay at this property atleast 5-8 nights in a month. Highly recommend the property to corporates to consider a value for money service apartments.

The internet at times isn't stable. Earlier the hot water provision was a problem where you need to let one bucket go waste before you get hot water - but the property did correct the issue.

Mr Rawat the manager is a very humble person who ensured our stay was a pleasant one .

Superb

It was a great property. Nice room, facilities and wonderful staff. I'm happy that Mr. Rawat and the staff made sure to make me food of my choice with the specifications I had. The location of the property was great too with easy accessibility. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it!

Pleasant

The facility was good. The rooms were as per the picture, could stay peacefully with family.

Cleanliness not upto the mark. The food needs a lot of improvement. The hotel management was very rude to me because i booked from booking.com

Absolutely fantastic 3 week stay at Enkay Residency

The host Mr Birendra Rawat is very friendly and courteous. Apart from few power cut related issues, the stay was absolute fantanstic.

Power cuts, although the hotel has generators, however, it was not having inverters, hence, sensitive equipment such as computer (without battery) kept crashing.

it was decent good stay calm and pleasant staff though short of service

management was good… somehow all the facilities were not available as stated in the description. it’s good location, staff was polite.

all the facilities were not there, kitchen was totally empty no shower gels.. no bathroom sleepers no oven was there in kitchen but had asked n provided.

The place, the workers, cleanliness and the sales team

the behaviour of property manager was unacceptable... unnecessary interference from his side actually made one of my female colleague uncomfortable and she was just visiting me for work.

Aesthetically beautiful in a quite and secure location still in the midst of heart with amazing facilities

Comfortable stay for family...

Staffs behaviour,hotel clenaliness Hotels breakfast and food was too awesome...

Room was clean well maintained and upto the expectation.. They clean it everyday nicely.. Staaf was excellent,very professional and helping.. They deserve seven star....
