Alcuni accorgimenti in camera che si possono migliorare con poco,tipo una struttura letto nuova (la mia cigolava tanto)magari un Topper,e darei una manutenzione allo scolo della doccia

Emmanuelle was a great host. Lovely, informative and helpful. The location was also great.

the location is great! It’s across the street from Herculaneum, not too far from Pompeii, and there’s a wonderful black sand (lava) beach 10 minutes from the hotel.

The room was very small and situated among many high rise homes, which creates a lot of late night noise that subsides around 2-3 am. the bed was terrible. We could hear the plywood between the box spring and mattress creaking with every move.

Hotel good, Ercolano good if training in and out every day

Breakfast simple but perfectly adequate Rooms lovely and clean

Hotel was actually good but completely let down by first impressions. The reception area was not very welcoming. The hotel/b&b set up is a bit strange as you go out into a very dark and dingy stairwell that’s in desperate need of attention. The location to ruins great but Ercolano not great. Got completely taken advantage of by pizza cafe who would not show us the bill and just shouted the amount louder so we basically got charged about €10 each cover charge

A pretty good deal overall

Staff was super nice. Location is awesome for the Ercolano archeological park and near enough the train that goes to both Pompeii and Naples.

all the rooms were nicely decorated, the room was always cleaned everyday, Lucia and team were super helpful and she helped us whenever we needed.

Great place, perfect to visit the ruins

The location is perfect for a visit to Herculaneum ruins. The accommodation could be any closer. Train station is a short walk and great food near by. Lucia is very helpful

Could do with a tea and coffee in the room. A couple of things to improve overall great stay

Perfectly located, just opposite the Herculenium ruins. The place is a good value for money for those who want to explore Naples, Pompei and Amalfi coast. The room was clean and quiet.

Ercolano on its own is not very interesting town, but offers a great value for money accommodation comparing to Naples or Sorrento. Breakfast could be better organised with more efficient service.

Well located, clean hotel offering great value for money.

Great location, right opposite the ruins at Herculaneum and only a short walk to the train station (Ercolano Scavi) for getting into Naples or out to Pompeii. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception 24/7. Lovely clean room, with plenty of space. Large communal area/balcony on the first floor for sitting out. Breakfast was simple but plenty available.

We had booked under the name Ruins B&B but the main name of the hotel is Herculaneum Hotel & Maison, with only a small plaque saying "Ruins B&B" so we had a little trouble finding it. Having said that, the man on reception saw us outside and immediately came out to reassure us we were at the right place.

The hotel was fine - clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly. Next to the Scavi.

We had booked the B&B but because of a gas problem we were moved to the Hotel next door. Our room was on a noisy road junction. We booked breakfast early as we had a taxi booked to the airport, but it wasn't ready. We were eventually given uncooked eggs, a cold cappuccino (!) and had to ask for something to put on our cereal.

Very good

The hotel has a nice terasse. The location was perfect with regard to the excavation site in Ercolano and also close to the train station (to Pompeji/ Naples).

We were dissappointed with the breakfast.

Perfect Location for visiting Ruins, Vesuvius and Naples

Terrific staff. Very clean. Short walk to train and Vesuvius bus. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet at night.

Can’t recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Amazing Stay!
