HORROR!!!!

Absolut nichts gefallen.

Es war nich 3 km von Karls Bad , es war 6 km von Karlovy Vary. Das Zimmer war ca. 12m mit 5 Betten. Es war kein Pflegemittel und kein Internet. Es war 5 Tücher 50x70 cm. Alles roch sehr schlimm. Kein Toiletten Papier. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. GESUNDHEITSSCHÄDLICH.

Comfortable, near Carlsbad, good value.

It is exactly as you'd expect for the cost.Big,bright bedroom, comfortable but squeaky beds, shower ensuite and good wifi. The owner is helpful and speaks a little English. The studio is on the ground floor, your car is outside the window. There is only 1 guest space so I'm not sure what happens for the other 3 guest rooms. The studio shares a kitchen and dining room. Bresova is only 15mins from Carlsbad and there are restaurants there for lunch/dinner which I recommend instead of using the kitchen/dining at Havaj. You need a car.

Problem with squeaky, noisy beds. If you are a light sleeper you should choose one of the other rooms. Every time the other person moves the noise is loud. Otherwise great value and very comfortable.

Exceptional

I absolutely recommend it! great hospitality. they are also quick at answering questions by either a call or text. The location ~20 min far by bike from Karlovy vary and there is amazing view and nature on the way to this pension. if you’re a biker, I would definitely recommend staying at their pension due to the friendly roads established around ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Location is amazing, if you have a car ,it's hard to park and it fits only 3 cars maximum. To go to our room,we had a lot of stairs,but that's fine. The bathroom is shared between 3 rooms,it wasn't cleared on the room description as well. The room was spacious but it's very basic with the duvet and pillow covers were tοrn. The host was nice and friendly, but we would never stay there again.

Shared bathroom, 2 cars only parking..area hard to park anywhere else. Very basic room ..sheets were torn.
