Der erste Eindruck ist falsch

Der erste Eindruck vom Restaurant/Hotel, das Frühstücksbufet war reichlich für jeden etwas dabei und lecker. Bett bequem und groß. Klima funktioniert lässt sich gut regulieren.

Der eigentliche Eingang zur Lobby / Checkin liegt in der Seitenstraße über einer Holztreppe die wiederum kaum zuerreichen ist da Autos direkt davor parken. Zimmer ist so klein das keine Ablagemöglichkeit nebers Bett passt Möbel in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, Bad sauber bis auf ein paar Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Kleiner Pool mit Kleinkinder und ihren Müttern u.Tanten überfüllt. Nur wenig Sitzgelegenheit am Pool. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel nur durch eine schmale Straße getrennt ist riesig, aber am Tag nicht zugebrauchen keinerlei Schatten Stühle sonstiges, Leer! das ist Wüste pur Das Meer ist dreckig nicht geeignet zum Schwimmen o. abkühlen. Nur am Abend trauen sich ein paar Einheimische mit selbst mitgebrachten Klappstühle an den Strand u. ins Meer. Mit dem Motto was ich nicht sehe ist nicht da. Der Abend an der guten Poolbar (Getränke) durch die vielen Kinder gestört Am guten Frühstücks Bufett sind dann die vielen Kleinkinder mit ihren Müttern ständig im Restaurant lautstark unterwegs. Erholung und in Ruhe genießen ist auch dann nicht wirklich machbar. Wir kommen nicht wieder

The room was not clean. We asked for change the room and we got another which wasn’t clean too. Very low standard, we expect something nicer for that money.

It was ok, one of the nicer looking places along this part of the beach.

Pool was nice, food and drink was good and accessible to order round the pool. AC was good.

Bathroom smelled mouldy. On a very loud and busy road. Towels were threadbare. Staff round the pool weren’t very proactive, had to go and find someone to order drinks and food each time.

Great location badly in need of refurbishment, po and bar close too early.

Location is fantastic even though the road separates it from the the beach and the road overlooks the pool area. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Glad we chose sea view and not one of the other two blocks.

Generally needs thorough refurbishment, showing lots of signs of wear and tear. The gym is a tiny, almost inaccessible room on the roof of the central block. The bar closes at 10pm every night except Saturday and the pool closes at 7pm.

The stay was disappointing a bit like the gym

Single beds in the pantry room. Because I ordered a double bed from booking.com This is what I paid for and didn't get it. They said we will upgrade you which was a joke because we where given a room that had no cupboards, no utensils, plates or bowls. No micro wave and no towel racks. So we saw it as a down grade not upgrade. I pay good money so I expect to get what I ordered. If not possible they should say before they take the money. How many happy couples want single beds. Come on get real Zand Morada Pattaya. You should advertise pantry room not possible to have a double bed if that is the case

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Er staat nergens aangegeven dat het hotel bij de lobby gerenoveerd wordt. De kamer met (zeezicht) waar je ook een behoorlijk bedrag voor betaald heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Daarnaast zat de badkamer vol met schimmel (voornamelijk douchecabine). Gelukkig verbleef ik er maar 1 dag. Schoonmaken wordt helaas niet heel goed gedaan.

ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดเท้าเก่ามากก สีดำคล้ำ ผ้าปูที่นอนมีรอยเปื้อนเต็มไปหมด / พนักงานฟร้อนหน้าเหวี่ยง เสียงเหวี่ยง ควรปรับปรุง พนักงานห้องอาหารยืนจับกลุ่มคุยกัน เงินที่จ่ายแลกกับทำเล แต่ไม่ได้แลกกับความสะอาดที่ควรจะได้มากกว่านี้

Das Frühstück war mittelmässig. Die Lage war gut. Zimmer mit Meerblick

Mehr Komfort im Zimmer zum Beispiel hatte es keine Nachttische und kaum Ablagefläche das Restaurant des Hotels war überteuert

Niet gekregen wat ik voor de prijs had verwacht.

De locatie is prima, direct aan het strand (heeft ook zijn nadeel). Het ontbijtbuffet heeft voldoende keuze en is een prima begin van de dag.

Het hotel lijkt toe aan renovatie. Het was niet echt schoon en de airco maakte veel lawaai. We zijn een paar keer van kamer veranderd hierdoor. Ook slecht geïsoleerd want het verkeer dat voor het hotel langs rijdt is te goed te horen in de kamer.

In een rustig gedeelte en bijna direct aan het strand.

Schimmel in de douche, los zittende afdekking in de kraan. Geen nachtkastjes naast het bed en midden in een verbouwing wat niet aangegeven was bij de reservering.

Hyvällä sijainnilla erittäin mukava hotelli.

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta ja viihtyisä allasalue. Ihana näköala suoraan merelle.

Aamupalaan kaipasimme vaihtelua. Huone oli meni pieni ja yöpöytää kaipasimme molemmin puolin sänkyä. Suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt, joten suihkussa ei voinut viipyä.

Definitely not 4*

Nice pool area but open to open public all day so not enough seating or beds for residents. Half chairs have no sun shade so no one can use them. Breakfast was manic and staff unhelpful not even able to supply a tea bag! Ants all over the toaster area! Rooms with sea view are incredibly noisy all night with people from the beach and hotel starts the music by pool at 6:00am To top it all the hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not informed before hand. Checkin was also manic!

Zwembad en locatie

Receptie personeel en verbouwing. Lift werkt niet. Men moet naar de kelder om de lift te nemen. Nergens Geen melding over dit ongemak bij het boeken.

ของในห้องชำรุดค่อนข้างเยอะ เช่น ปลั๊กไฟเสียบไม่ติด ท่อระบายน้ำในห้องน้ำตัน ห้องมีกลิ่นไม่ค่อยหอม หลอดไฟขาด เหมือนไม่เช็คสภาพก่อนแขกเข้าพัก ที่จอดน้อย ต้องไปจอดอีกที่ท้ายซอยและนั่งรถของโรงแรมมา ซึ่งไม่ค่อยสะดวกค่ะ

You advertised it as a modern 4 star hotel it is in fact a grubby 3 star hotel. You obviously do not check your complaints e-mails which I sent. The pictures in the bookings.com site nowhere near reflect the actual facility. Total rip off.. Never again Zand Morada and never again bookings.com

Nice hotel, with a street-side swimming pool on quiet part of the beach but with easy access into town by baht bus.

Surprisingly, I liked the pool being on the street front so you could watch the world go by. The view from the room. Quiet part of town. Pool area very quiet in the middle of the day. The location made it easy to catch a “baht bus” into town. Couple of local low cost eating places very close.

No chairs on the balcony and not being allowed to have a cigarette. OK to smoke joints wherever you wish around town, but not allowed a cigarette!

no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived we asked for it and it still did not come the first time, had to call a second time. no hot water in the shower the safe was open but locked by the last customer so could not use (should check it when cleaning the room) not enough parking so had to walk a long way.

Very isolated resort.

Looked very modern. Pool was gorgeous. Buffet was great. Lobby was inviting and made my elderly mom feel safe to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach is across the street and is open...no tents, boats, activities there, just a beach to walk and think.

No view. We were on the top floor in a suite but still had view to other build. Ask for building 1. The shower got stuck on bath mode, had to sit in the tub and splash water on ourselves. Hot water not hot enough to fill the bath up and be hot. Location is at the far end of beach, had to catch the trolly to get back to where all the fun stuff was.
