Exceptional

Very sweet little structure and very warm welcome, everything was made easy and comfortable for me. It is a great place for a stopover in Pesaro. And the coffee in the morning was deliciously velvety!

Everything was great! Paolo is a great host and makes sure you really feel at home. He was kind enough to pick me at the station upon my arrival and to drop me off the day I was leaving. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had everything necessary. Loved the breakfast, too!! And adored the cats!! They stay in the other areas and won't bother you if you do not wish to be disturbed, but I absolutely loved that they are cuddly and will approach you if you don't mind some feline company. :) Grazie mille, Paolo! È stato davvero un piacere conoscerti! Ti prego, coccola Goga e Walter per me ogni tanto. :)

I liked everything!! :) However, I can understand that people alergic to cats would want to stay somewhere else. Also important: Paolo lets you know right away upon booking about the cats, so there is absolutely no issue with them.

Hospitable and nice

It was all really very pleasant, because Paolo is an amazing and attentive host (he gave me a lift from the station and back and whenever I needed, which was quite handy). The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast was also fine. I had a nice stay there.

Paolo is the best host!

I loved the comfy bed, nice balcony with beautiful plants, the fresh brewed coffee and Dear Paolo bringing me to the station to catch my bus to Urbino. very kind person, I loved to stay there. top recomended!

A dream accommodation

Paolo is a superb host who will make you feel at home. Very beautiful and big room, good bed, private balcony, and fully equipped lovely bathroom, all original Italian style decorated with Paolo’s own amazing drawings! Great that guests can use a bike to go around Pesaro, and that way the city centre or beaches are reachable in no time. Breakfast was delicious and adapted to guest’s taste. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Paolo, the best there is!

Fantastic B&B for a stay in Pesaro, Paolo is an excellent host!

Paolo is an excellent host! We stayed for just one night, but nonetheless he went out of his way to make sure we were feeling right at home. Would definitely recommend his B&B to others, for a peaceful stay in Pesaro. The room had a lovely old-school feeling to it, very clean and quiet, breakfast was plentiful!

This is not the first time I am here. Paolo waits for his guests in the station, and he provides everything one might need. I felt more in visit to a friend than going to a standard B&B.
