Очень понравилось абсолютно все! Локация, стиль, чистота, уютный номер, варианты завтраков, соотношение цена/качество, наличие -1 этажа в целях безопасности и самое ценное - замечательный персонал 🙏❤️ Рекомендую однозначно!

В цілому непогано, але є нюанси.

Поселення відбулось раніше зазначеного часу, за що вдячна! Ввічливий персонал. Чистота номеру та душової кімнати. Балкон в номері.

Найбільше, що лишило негативний осад, жахлива шумоізоляція. Сусіди, які гарно проводили час до 1:30 , це не дуже приємна історія. Охоронець, до якого я спустилась на перший поверх, зробив зауваження сусідам, але вони не припинили співати і слухати музику. Не вразив сніданок. Очікувала, що в готелі 4 зірки буде більший вибір або шведський стіл. Душова кабінка повністю не закривалась, вода потрапляла на підлогу.

Regularly well but don't expect too much

The staff is super nice and polite, friendly and ready to help. But the room doesn't have a hairdryer...and they said they don't have it. This is very strange. Also, there's no kettle in the room. You can only get the tea until 8 PM at the bar. Rooms are clean but honestly, pretty cheaply made. The shower was leaking so the the floor was all wet. There's no liquid soap for hands. Well...I think it's worth the money, but be ready that it's not super duper comfy, just regularly well.

It gave us a very nice memory

The staff was extremely helpful. The helped me buy flowers in the room and champagne for 8 th of March. It was one of the few hotels which didn't have problems with our dog. Further the hotel is nicely placed just a few hundred meters from city center with nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

The shower is damp, the hood was not working well, the towel dryer was not working.

clean, friendly staff, love the room

breakfast just only two or three different sandwiches from the warm bakery and coffee tasteful but sober. Breakfast and quality room is important aspects what makes me come back.

restaurant on site 24/7!! clean all the time, timeless design, comfortable location, very attentive and helpful staff, many servers on site (hotel laundry, cleaning, delicate wash of your expensive clothes) 10/10 best hotel I ever been, trust me Odessa keep strong! good luck

Very nice, cozy hotel in the city center, with really pleasant Stuff

We loved our apartment. It was spacious and comfy, with a little fridge and very pleasant bathroom. It also had nice balcony and, even though the street is in the very city center, it was quiet when the windows were closed. Localization is very nice, we reached all the destinations on foot (although we recommend using Uber as well, as it is quite cheap). We especially want to thank the Staff - they made our stay really pleasant, we felt taken care of and understood. Also, they spoke very good English (which is not that common in Odessa). They have this sign above reception, saying that Frappoli is your best friend in Odessa - we actually felt that way, thank you so much.

There is a little factory (or something similar) across the street and it makes quite a noise. It’s unfortunate, as this happens mainly at night, but if you don’t have troubles with falling asleep than it’s not as big deal as it seems in the beginning.
