We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. The interior of the house was clean and very comfortable. We would have liked the deck areas to be swept/cleaned better and the table umbrellas put out before our arrival. The dock was perfect for our 18 foot boat.

We had a great time at the lake. This was our second conseutive Memorial Day weekend.

This is the kind of place you feel comfortable with family. Nice furnishings, but you are not afraid to put your feet up. Only downside was the multiple scented candles to which one of our party was allergic. Even after putting them all in plastic bags, there was a bit of scent after 24 hours which made her have to relocate. The owner could not have been nicer or more responsive. Would recommend as long as no allergies to scent.

A perfect spot to relax here in Niverville. Spacious and cozy home with an amazing view.We hope to return in the near future. Many thanks to the Cohen family for sharing this gem.

My family and enjoyed relaxing on the spacious deck and kayaking in the lake . We would definitely like to stay here again!

Our host made us feel so welcome. He was so happy that we were celebrating a family wedding and cooking out and spending time at the cottage. We had a wonderful wonderful time thank you so much Robert!

We had a wonderful stay, kitchen, bathrooms all well stocked with basic necessities. Pack a bag and pick up a few groceries and your good to go. We loved having the kayaks, canoe of the neighbors, life vests and fishing equipment to use. The water is not as clean as we are used to but we are spoiled with crystal clear lakes in our home town. We loved the one tree island for swimming it seemed a little cleaner.

The lake is beautiful and warm but the house is in need of repair and upkeep. Seems like no one is looking after this beautiful property. The railings and stairs are insecure and the weeds were taller than I was. The owner was very nice to deal with and replied to questions promptly. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Overall, we had a great time at Bob's lake house. Admittedly, the house needs some TLC and the dishwasher didn't work properly but the location is wonderful. We had fun kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the lake.

This is our 2nd stay at this lake house and we love it! It's spacious with everything you could need and more! The owner responds immediately and is very flexible! Will definitely stay here again!

True to description, quiet corner of the lake, terrific deck and access to swimming and kayaking.

We just loved our stay at this Kinderhook lake house! The house was wonderful, and we had a great time grilling on the gorgeous deck and kayaking in the lake. We really felt at home! The neighbors on both sides were great, such a friendly community!

Beware! When checking old email July 2018 titled "deposit refunded," actually said that our property deposit of was NOT refunded. I didn't double check the REAL response.Sneaky move! The table and cabinet that were damaged when we checked in were charged off on us. (I mistakenly assumed that the cleaner/caretaker who was there at check in ,checked for damage before we moved in.) Nowhere did it say we were to report damage we found at check in! I trusted since we left no damage and caretakers were there when we arrived, that the owner would be honest. I wonder how many times renters have been charged for the same " damage"? We left no damage. Shower was cold, water pressure poor, washer and dryer didn't wash or dry and bedroom screen door facing the lake view was inoperable! I can't help but notice others are not renting this season either.DO NOT GIVE A CASH DEPOSIT! BUY RENTERS INSURANCE!! Bad rentals eventually catch up with dishonest owners. I learned my lesson. RIPPED OFF!!!!

This place was perfect for a few days respite with the family. The Owner was very accomodating and the place was as advertised (other than some issues with the deck planks that were temporarily cordonned off). Even the dogs loved it.
