About this house rental
On the second level, find all four bedrooms, each with TV and BluRay player. A queen bedroom has a slider to the deck where the hot tub resides. The bunk bedroom, with a double-over-double bunkbed and a pyramid bunk, both with storage drawers is perfect for the kids. Two king master bedrooms each offer a private bath and ocean view. A sitting area with desk and sofa bed is found in the foyer.
The top level great room impresses with high, vaulted ceilings, beautiful ocean views and ample seating for the group around the large screen TV with BluRay player. Imagine you are in an island paradise with the themed décor complete with palm tree. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed for meal preparation with breakfast bar that seats 4 barstools. The adjacent dining area seats another 8, and faces the ocean through the slider to the oceanside deck. A second dining table is found in front of the slider leading to the screened porch which features a picnic table for dining outside with a view. And for evening entertainment, escape to the media room with magical compass on the ceiling that lights your way. Decide to MAROON your family this year at this island paradise with both ocean and sound views. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)
New for 2024: New bedroom layout! The bunk room now features a double over double bunk bed with drawers for storage underneath and a pyramid bunk with storage drawers. There is new LVP flooring throughout of game room.

Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided all year.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
