• Front Door Car Service to Base Village: Dial-A-Ride provides quick and easy transportation (on call direct to house) to and from the Snowmass Base Village, Snowmass Mall or the Grocery Store in 2-3 minutes.
• Great Room: Large Great Room (18’ x 24’) with new large sectional couch & chairs; 12’ windows & 65” TV;
• Dining Room: Seating for 14 - large dining room table that seats 10 with adjoining breakfast table that seats 4.
• Kitchen: Equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances: Oven/Range, Dishwasher, Microwave; Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker (Oct 2019); Stainless Steel Refrigerator and Toaster in 2016. Kitchen has new cutlery, plates for 14, pyrex, Tupperware & blender. Also included is juicer & food processor along with everything you need to prepare almost any meal.
• Bedrooms: Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom (3 bedrooms have ensuite baths). Bedroom configuration is: 3 rooms each with king beds and ensuite baths (Master has day bed with a trundle, - 2 extra twin beds); 1 room queen bed; bunk room 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Every Bedroom and dedicated Bathroom has brand new sheets, linens, duvets, blankets, towels, bathmats, blow dryers and Nest shampoo, soap & conditioner.
• Outdoor Deck: There are 3 outdoor decks: a 750 sqft back deck with a brand new 8 person Whirlpool hot tub which includes a blue tooth stereo system, a new gas barbeque grill and outdoor furniture; a 250 sqft deck off the Master Bedroom; and a 100 sqft deck off the King Bedroom.
• Game room: 2 pool table/ping pong table combos, a putting green, 2 dart boards and new 55” TV.
• Driveway: (paved & oversized) can easily accommodate 10-12 cars.
• Laundry Room: 2 extra large washers dryers; 1 set brand new (Oct 2019) and the other in 2016.
• Additional Amenities: Enjoy all the amenities of a hotel stocked with all the supplies you have at home including: Keurig coffee with cartridges; Nest shampoo, conditioner and soap; laundry detergent & fabric softer; and paper and plastic kitchen products.
• Experience wild life right through the front 12' glass windows and watch deer, bear and fox trot across the front lawn on a daily basis.
• Maid Service: Daily or every other day maid service and concierge services are available upon request. Local property management services provided for assistance with any and all needs (including shopping/provisions/airport pick-ups).
