Very good

FAntastic breakfast. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom with stand-alond bath and shower. Very clean indeed. Very welcoming.

Maybe a light above the bathroom basin for better lighting

After a long day our room was peaceful and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Sharon & Edward were very welcoming, our room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable.

It was excellent from start to finish.

Sharon could not have been more friendly and welcoming. She was able to point out places to visit which we didn't know about. The breakfast was excellent. The room facilities were among the best we have had. It was a luxury stay in a home from home.

Road signs could be better.

Exceptional

Sharon was so welcoming when we arrived. Adding a few of those extra little touches that make the difference The bedroom was stunning, along with the setting and the whole building. The breakfast was all cooked fresh and was lovely. All in all a great experience which made our anniversary weekend very special. If you ever need to stay in this area, we would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay with a brilliant host.

Breakfast was great: full English on both mornings. Room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and spotless Sharon was very warm and welcoming.We liked her immediately. Would recommend this stay. Give it a go!

spacious, newly renovated room. ultra neat and clean. good electrical outlet availability. very comfortable bed. quiet location. tasty breakfast made to order. owner/operator is so welcoming and willing to help with all our requests.

A comfortable and restful stay in sheer luxury!

Marehay Hall Farm is nothing short of glorious. a wonderful reception from the hosts and a sublime room. Everything was spotlessly clean and I had a very enjoyable stay - shame it was only for one night!

I would definitely Recommend this beautiful property . Ideal for a stop over ,or a walking holiday etc.

the house was exceptionally clean . Our bedroom was huge , very clean , excellent comfortable bed with lovely linen . The bathroom had a double shower which was very powerful. The views were beautiful we sat on the comfortable garden furniture in the sun with our coffee. The breakfast room was over looking the fields. beautiful breakfast was served fresh . Cereals, and fresh fruit was also available .

Wonderful place & wonderful hosts

Everything! The hosts were so warm & inviting, lovely couple who couldn't do enough for us. We were in awe of the location too, such a beautiful place & wonderful location & grounds. I could certainly while away the hours soaking up the wonderful views & wildlife! We awoke to a sumptuous breakfast which was plentiful from cereal, fruit & croissants to a full english accompanied by a cafetiere of lovely coffee, just perfect! I have to say though there was far too much for our consumption but it was fully appreciated, thank you Sharon. The place is spotlessly clean too and very tastefully decorated may I add. I can't speak highly enough for Marehay Hall Farm and our wonderful hosts Sharon & Edward. You will certainly not be disappointed if you stay here and I guarantee you will return. We were made to feel more as friends rather than guests and we will most definitely be back 😉x

This is a stunning place to stay, I can honestly say that were so impressed from the moment we went in, everywhere was at a very high standard our room was large and had enough wardrobe space for anyone, the bathroom had a large shower, again all spotless. Then there's the views. They even generate their own electricity with wind and solar. The breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from. All in all we will definitely book here again

Excellent choice for people who like country side and peace and quiet.

Very clean, spacious room, good hot water, towels and exceptional bed linen. Very friendly hosts, nice walks and terrace to enjoy.

If you are still reading you are looking for faults. This was a genuine overnight stay.

spot on location, quite. Good welcome great room. Sharon went well above the normal in the industry to provide a quality experience.

when booking the system was confusing I wanted to stay near Denby in the Derbyshire area nothing to do with Ripley in Yorkshire

We very much enjoyed our stay at the spacious and peaceful Marehay Hall Farm.

The hosts at the farm were very welcoming, and our room was spacious and comfortable with an extra-large double bed and having impressive views over the garden and fields. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed our walk along the local lanes and through the village.

A wonderful one night stay.

The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order and the choice beyond expectations. A huge, clean and well furnished bedroom and bathroom welcomed us upstairs.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved our stay at Marehay Hall Farm! The room is huge and very quiet, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious options. The owner is VERY friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be coming back here!

Great place to stay .

We were extremely well looked after by our friendly, thoughtful and very hospitable hosts, Sharon and Edward. A delicious and substantial breakfast was a welcome start to our days here and much enjoyed. Marehay Hall Farm is a beautiful property in spectacular grounds that has been beautifully restored and furnished to a high standard. The room we stayed in had a fabulous view over the gardens , fields and hills beyond . Bedroom and property in general immaculately clean and large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding . Tea and coffee making facility and nice toiletries provided in bathroom . We would highly recommend this lovely place and hope to come again one day .

A beautiful, stunning, relaxing, really peaceful and amazing stay.

We had a fantastic stay here as we travelled to do the Tissington half marathon. Service was above and beyond and we got far better than we paid for the views, room, hospitality and breakfast was outstanding nothing was too much trouble as I was vegan.(even got up early to accommodate our early travel to the race thank you ) We couldn't find the farm on the satnav however a telephone call and we were greeted with a welcome smile. We will be gping back as a beutiful place to stay and explore which we didn't get time to do. Thank you so much 👍✋😁
