Incorrectly advertised the number of beds

Smack at the center of Perast but set a bit in from the main street so that it's a bit quieter. Has all the kitchen amenities.

Me and my mother booked a room specifically because it was advertised as "1 king bed/1 sofa bed", but on arrival it turned out that there was no sofa to be found. The owner could only offer us separate bedding linen. I wonder what she would do if there were 3 of us...

Authentic small hotel and stunning location

This was such an authentic place! We absolutely want to come back here. The hotel felt like the home of a beloved family member. Also not worthy: in walking distance of the parking lot, and very close to the sea and all the restaurants. Beautiful ocean view.

Une nuit à Perast

Perast c'est très chouette avec peu de voitures qui circulent (uniquement les résidents). L'hébergement est vraiment canon, un petit havre de paix. Je note le calme du lieu, sa petite cour intérieure pour déjeuner, la gentillesse de l'accueil, le confort et la taille de l'hébergement. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit mais je conseille de séjourner un peu plus si vous rayonnez dans le coin.

Le parking en bordure de Perast est payant (15€ la journée sauf si vous prenez une excursion en bateau), nous avons garé notre véhicule un peu plus en hauteur sur la route, pour 0€...

Amazing view and hosts. House with history in front of the sea. Not far from a nice beach. Even though Perast can be full of tourists, you can have lazy mornings and quiet evenings.

Great apartment and perfect location!

Book this. It's really perfect. I'm so glad we decided to stay in Perast instead of Kotor. It's a lovely and small place that fills with tourists during the day but is empty at night. Only 20 min from Kotor so visiting was simple, but the smaller town was so much nicer. Also gorgeous. We were here 3 nights and just relaxed in our happy little apartment that had everything we needed. We even did laundry! Our host was amazing also and available if we had questions. Really, it's the perfect place.

the view, but it's only available from the upstairs rooms, they have an electric mug for coffee and tea

the cleaning it's poor, they gave me another room instead the one in the pictures on booking, it looks more like an airbnb accommodation, the house is very old, the stairs are very steep, and the general appearance is scary, with many old objects, the bed linen is old in terms of colors and materials. I found hair on the toilet, leftovers of old food in the refrigerator, the refrigerator and the air conditioner make strange noises at night and all the doors creaked.

The studio is nice and quite comfortable. The hosts are nice and the communication ran smoothly. The location is great, you can literally see the sea through the window.
