Staff is 10/10, had a flat tire and they took the innitiative to give a hand.

Great location, staff is very frendly and helpful. Room is well equiped and has a convenient distribution.

My wive says towells had a funny smell. For me they were ok.

Great location, great breakfast, pleasant staff.

Great location. Near restaurants, yoga, surf shops, and the beach is a walkable distance. Yummy breakfast. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are there for sport fishing. That is their specialty.

Nice stay in the centre of Nosara

- nice, helpful and professional staff - breakfast included - room has all kitchen equipment that you need - location is very central, 10 min walk from the beach

Relaxing stay with chill atmosphere

Great location in South Guiones close to the store, ATM, cafe, shops and the beach. Amazing vibe as the property is in a garden giving it a real jungle feeling. Well-equipped with a fridge, cutlery and microwave in the room, room is nice and spacious. Staff was really helpful and polite. Had warm water in the shower which is super rare in Costa Rica. Breakfast included was great if you like gallo pinto (which I do :) )

Furniture is a bit dated in the rooms (bed was a bit squeaky). Felt a bit overpriced however it was Semana Santa when all prices go up in general

Calm, peaceful, tucked away in nature.

Location was great, steps away from playa guiones.

It was a little hard to find and everything closes early nearby (food). Would have been nice to have food options on site outside of just breakfast.

Amazing setting, great location and very kind staff!

The location is super central and the grounds are very inviting, secluded and very well manicured.

There isn’t anything I did not like or could share for improvement.

Super clean room! However, there was no internet from my room for the entirety of my stay.

Sparkling clean room. Employees were super courteous and helpful!

Internet was not working and they did not mention it at check-in or offer a credit. I could not get an internet connection from my room. The hotel left me a number to call for service requests, and it turned out to be someone - perhaps the owner - in Florida. However, he shamed me for calling and asking for service rather than walking 200' to the office and asking them. Although the employees were super courteous and helpful, the on-site manager and person in Florida were not. The rooms are a bit spartan and odd with most things pushed against the walls leaving a big open space in the middle. They could probably use some fabrics and decorations to make the place feel more homey.

Loved Nosara, apartment was loud for a very quiet place. The location had many nice accommodations and we felt cheated for renting an apartment apart from the rest of the accommodations.
