Relajante estancia con piscina privada :)

La casita está genial, muy limpia y con todo el equipamiento necesario. La Zona es tranquila y muy cerca de Marina Rubicon, que tiene marina, supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas, etc.

Good area but would not return to this villa.

Location was ideal

The property was semi detached when described as detached. We chose this villa based on being detached. Additional charge for Pool heating which was not mentioned when booking even though the description said heated pool. There was no sea view as described. Pictures on web site very confusing as they covered two separate villas.

Excellent - swimming pool , outdoor area, bedrooms, etc. very good.

Property was beautifully presented with lot of outdoor and indoor space. Had all amenities- dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

Sparse - expected enough basic amenities but no dishwasher tablets, bbq lighters, washing powder, - only two cups, one of which was chipped. Very little required to rectify this but would make a big difference to experience.

Great holiday because of the lovely villa, lovely owner, great location

Loved the location, very convenient and mostly quiet of an evening. We had the smaller 2 bedroomed villa, with it's own pool and 4 sun loungers. We were a bit concerned the villa was semi-detached but fortunately we had quiet neighbours. Very easy 7 minute walk to the Marina. Kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge freezer was large - plenty of space for food and drink and lots of ice cubes. Beds are comfortable with decent pillows. The house does not have air conditioning but in September the wind was about (usually is) and we preferred the cross draft we could get going throughout the villa. There are fans in the bedrooms. We loved the large Naya area with its large sofa - the are is water tight and we sat out one night when it decided to rain - it was lovely and warm and dry as we sat on the very large sofa drinking wine, listening to music and reading. When the walk-in shower decided to leak, it was sorted out the next day. The owner is very hands on in ensuring everything is ok for your holiday, something to be valued when she quickly acts on the text that you send. Breathed huge sighs of relief. we will be going back when it is available - quite rightly it is a very popular villa.

Nothing the owner could have done anything about - the wind - it just never gave up but the sun was warm and the house sheltered us

Fabulous

The villa was clean and well equipped with everything a family would need. Denisse was lovely and very easy to communicate with, very attentive. There was plenty of towels and she even had swimming inflatables for the kids. Very close to the marina, 5 min walk to the supermarket.

Self-contained private villa with its own pool. Close to everything you needed. There is plenty of space.

As there was no cleaner, you cleaned up as you stayed, which was fine with us, but you needed a few more cleaning utensils to get bin bags, etc...

Perfect place to relax

Beautiful quiet location. Only 7 minutes walk to nearest Supermarket and shops. And a few more minutes to the Marina.

There were no instructions for the oven. I ended up burning a lot of food. I did inform the owner, she was very helpful. But instructions please !

A great stay in a great location, in a lovely villa!

location was fantastic, villa was clean and very well presented, plenty of home comforts included

the pool did not appear to be clean on arrival and there were no checks, that we were aware of during our 10 night stay to check on chemical levels. The plates were mismatched and chipped in places. same with wine glasses, there was not a set of 3 never mind 4. the only reason we did not give the villa a 10/10 was because we had no water during the day for 2.5 days, we understand this is not a fault of the villa, but it did impact our holiday enjoyment

Superb

The bottles of water for everyone and small treats for the kids on arrival were a lovely helpful touch ☺️ The beds were comfortable and the villa spotless. Two tvs were handy with the kids. Nice safe feeling area. Host was very helpful and informative. We all had a great time and will be back! ☺️

Miss sold Nothing like the description of facilities expected.

Miss Sold. Not detached No Sea views No parking on villa site after being told that there was parking on site. Nobody ,after our first week ,came to change towels and bed linens or give the villa a clean. In the villa holiday info book it states if staying for 2weeks.the villa would have a clean and beds would be made with clean linen and towels would be replaced with clean ones. Clean bed linen and towels were found on our doorstep for us to make our own beds. After complaining about no cleaning after our first week and beds being made we were told that they do not supply a hotel service!!! We had also paid extra to have the pool heated but at no time did we notice anybody coming round to clean it and the floor of the pool was dirty.Also the garden was full of debris and the whole place was tired. This is not what we are use to when renting holiday villas in Lanzarote and renting from you . We will not be returning. Very bad value for money and very disappointed.

An amazing find. Everything was absolutely brilliant. Great host with super communication in advance, plenty of information provided. The villa is such good value. Plenty of space, all the amenities you need and great location.

excellent location, great facilities and excellent hosts.

Location is great just a short walk to the marina with beautiful views. The villa had all of the mod cons including netflix, dvd player and satilite tv. Excellent hosts and have been very welcoming. We will definitely be back next year! An amazing holiday for our family.

Great location.Well furnished villa with great outside space.

The location .Easy walk to Rubicon Marina and into town too. Privacy of pool/garden area. Modern property . Well equipped

Double bed had a memory foam top to it which we found rather hot ! Silly little thing, but too many bits and pieces on surfaces.Less clutter would be perfect.Just a suggestion for future guests!
