This luxurious and charming villa is situated on a hill only 800 m from the sea and 10 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, in the little town of Orašac. If you are looking for a peaceful and private atmosphere you have chosen the perfect destination. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and greenery with an amazing sea view on the nearby island and islets this superbly decorated Villa invites you to spend an unforgettable vacation. The magnificent views will inspire you to take some photos, and the sight that you will capture will continue to amaze you over and over again.
Only ten minute's drive from the villa you can enjoy in cultural heritage and exceptional beauty of Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Mediterranean, under UNESCO`s protection.
The villa has 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 14 people.
At the entrance of the villa, there are 2 private parking places and only a few steps downstairs you will find a beautiful swimming pool with a spacious Sundeck and lounge chairs where you can relax reading some interesting books or the latest news. This desirable and luxurious villa will invite you to spend nights and nights under the starry, blue sky and enjoy preparing Dalmatian delicious and grilled food in the outdoor dining area with your family and friends. From the large terrace, you enter to the charming living room equipped with a stylish sofa and 2 armchairs in front of the fireplace. The artistic paintings in the villa are works by famous artists. The spacious, carefully equipped kitchen gives you a family atmosphere where you can also ask for a private chef with a surcharge who can prepare a variety of Dalmatian delicious for you. The kitchen is connected to the dining room where you can find a large dining table for 12 people. Beautiful marble stairs lead you to the first floor where you can find 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 smaller ones with twin beds suitable for children.
On the first floor, there is also a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your first-morning coffee after waking up. On the second floor finally, you will find the Master bedroom which covers an area of 80 square meters. The king-size bed finds its space on the right side of the room. On the other side, you can find a large living room with LED TV and comfortable sofas. The balcony is overlooking the blue, clear sea, the forest in front of the villa, and nearby islands.

Excellent villa, great VIP concierge service
Absolutely loved it! Very beautiful villa with the best pool area, outdoor kitchen, and cozy interior. My family and I enjoyed a lot during our holiday. Lori is a lovely lady and always available for anything you need. Smiljana from the VIP Holiday Booker agency was very helpful and helped us to choose our excursions. She organized some transfers and rent a car for us. We recommend this agency!

Stunning villa, excellent concierge service!
Beautiful villa with a relaxing pool area. The beds are very comfortable, and the villa is very clean. In the evenings we would prepare our meals outside, next to the pool. The weather was great, like usually in Croatia. Special thanks to the VIP agency who organized a birthday party for us. My daughter loved it! Highly recommend!

Stunning villa, beautiful area
Perfect villa with an excellent pool area! We were 12 and enjoyed it very much every minute. Orasac is just several minutes by car from Dubrovnik. It is ideal because you can easily find parking, the area is very peaceful and relaxing. It is full of nice villas with a stunning sea view. The VIP staff is very professional. Highly recommend!

Attractive villa with a very nice and comfortable interior. It has a lovely kitchen, modern rooms, cozy bedrooms with nice balconies, and mesmerizing sea views. We spent the whole week in this beautiful villa. The VIP Holiday Booker concierge service was excellent. Lucija organized transfers for us. Recommendations!

Perfect for relaxing
The place was fantastic. The location setting was perfect and it gives you peace from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. The host was a perfect host and treated us with a nice welcome basket as well as tips for the local area. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the future !

Dieses Haus außerhalb von Dubrovnik ist wunderschön. Es ist auch sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Küchengeräte und Utensilien, ... alles was Sie brauchen. Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich mit einer schönen Aussicht.

We all had such a wonderful time at the villa. The house is in every aspect fantastic and made us all feel at home. I loved the outside areas. The host is in every aspect perfect. Gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a lot of information on things to do in the area.

This villa is stunning, we had a group of 10 for a hen do and it was perfect, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the owner could not be more helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants stunning sea views and a great pool, lovely outdoor eating area and stunning accommodation. No negatives, thanks for everything x

La maison est vraiment magnifique. Le grand luxe car tout est la pour satisfaire. À notre arrivée il y avait même des fruits du café etc... La maison est parfaitement nettoyée et ce, dans tous les recoins. Une expérience inoubliable pour notre groupe de 14 personnes.

Simply outstanding
Villa de la Vie is absolutely stunning and the host extraordinaire. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite time of day was gathering for a meal in the evening and sitting outside. The views from the house are incredible. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and the Croatian people. I hope to return to Villa de la Vie.

Amazing
Our family stayed at Villa Dolce Vita and had a wonderful experience. Wish we could have stayed for much longer. Loredana is a great host, willing to set up activities and give any information. She met us with fresh figs and a cake. Viki, her husband, kept the outside and pool clean. The house was perfect for our party of 12, with three double rooms, a twin bedroom and day bedroom on one floor then a suite with king bed room and queen bedroom on top floor. Five bathrooms! The kitchen is well appointed for the cooks. The views are fantastic. We are coming back!

Loved it!
Villa with a view is an understatement. It is set in a perfect location with magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is easy to find and has fantastic facilities. Beautiful linen, well stocked kitchen with upmarket crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The outside areas have modern furniture and pool chairs in very good condition. Appliances, stove, washing machine etc are all new and work well. We loved the outside verandahs and had all our meals around the big table near the pool. This area is so well organised with bbq, hob and fridges. It also has a big TV so we did movie nights outside. Inside the bathrooms are modern and all hardware in good condition. There was a plentiful supply of hot water for our big family. The villa is about a 20 minute drive to Dubrovnik. This gorgeous villa is in a peaceful and quiet place, away from the cruise ships and hub of the city. Zaton the nearby village is beautiful for morning walks on the marina and shoreline and there are a few restaurants. The Radisson Sun Gardens hotel is a 4 minute drive from the villa and we enjoyed the beautiful spa at the hotel. A small car is recommended for the grocery shopping, the supermarkets are about a 20 minute drive from the villa. We loved our stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. We hope to go back in the near future.

Serene, Beautiful and Comfortable
Four couples stayed here in late September for a wonderful week of sightseeing, day trips, hiking, kayaking, beach and restaurant fun. The Villa was a wonderful home base. The bedrooms were spacious and the views were stunning. Mattresses firm but comfortable. Bathrooms were luxurious. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed. Our favorite aspect was making fires in and enjoying wine, meals and conversation in the covered outdoor are. A fire in the pizza/peka oven warmed the whole area. We enjoyed Lore’s restaurant recommendations, too.
