Schönes Appartment an der Strandpromenade mit toller Aussicht!

Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Anbieter über SMS. Die Schlüsselübergabe via keybox war unkompliziert. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich, hat eine vernünftige Größe und ist gut ausgestattet. Funktionierende Klimaanlagen sind in allen Zimmern vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Strandpromenade und das Mittelmeer.

Durch die darunter liegenden Restaurants kann es mit unter zu Geruchsbelästigungen kommen.

Good location, but need to be careful of the road blocks as you will get lost. Bad Wi-Fi

The location of the property was great, right in front of the beach and the market. The view and apartment were exactly as the photos.

As there were roadblocks, it wasn’t very clear from the description on where to find the house, we walked a bit and asked around to be able to find it which was not very comfortable with our bags. Also the wifi Network was very weak, only reached the living room and doesn’t not reach any of the bedrooms which was disappointing. Toilet paper was placed as an open half one and there was one only left in the cupboard below with the plastic bag thrown in there. The noise from the restaurants back side is right under the rooms so gets very noisy at night.

Great location but bathroom lets it down.

Fab location. Liked the layout of the apartment. Great view. Perfect for two, although it sleeps four - there is only a two seater sofa (which has seen better days). This place could be amazing with a little attention. Would return if bathroom is sorted.

The bathroom needs a lot of work. Reading previous reviews, others have said the same and the reply has always been they’ll get it sorted, but still very grotty. Rugs in the bedrooms need replacing! Bathroom is the main reason we wouldn’t return.

Fantastic location looking right on to the water at the harbour. Facilities are fantastic and clean. Good communication with the owners. Stayed here a few times as we haven't found a better place for this value of money. 10 out of 10.

Lack of some utensils and bin but apart from that it was great.

lovely location but basic apartment for the price

great location

some basic things were missing: no cork screw, kitchen knife, chopping board. There were very few hangers, no socket in the twin room for the bedside lamp. a hair dryer and iron were supplied but with 2 pin plugs and all the sockets were 3 pin. We eventually found an adapter on the vacuum cleaner but that was by luck.

overall we had an ok stay but it should not advertise itself as luxury flat

location is very central and you have a nice view from the balcony

- the internet does not work - the access to the apartment is at the back entrance of restaurants next to dumpsters, hence the name of the property is misleading and has nothing to do with luxury - there is parking available but the cars park behind each other so that you cannot take the car out again once parked

Lovely clean accommodation in a perfect location especially if you enjoy being close to everything.

Location Location Location right in the centre overlooking the beach, about 200m from Harbour bus station or if you have a car we had no trouble parking at the rear. Lovely balcony views.

Not much, could not find English TV. although I travel with Amazon firestick. A visitors guide would be good, even for simple thing's like garbage and recycling. Minor bugs however nothing would stop me visiting again.

Overall, excellent stay in home-like-feel appartment.

Location was truly perfect and the noise from outside was really not present in the rooms with windows closed. Apartment was warm, spacious and bright. We definitely did not expect such a great location and amazing apartment with everything you need.

The absolutely only thing that could be replaced is the couch, as it is extremely uncomfortable when pulled out, but for sitting - perfect.

The apartment is true to photos, well-equipped and spotless clean. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in, stunning sea-views... The location is absolutely the best if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. We absolutely loved the stay.

Good apartment, potential to be great

Location is spot on if you are looking g for a holiday driving fee holiday. Good space for 4 and nicely decorated.

Poor maintenance which had obviously been ignored and should have been completed when apartment was not rented out, not during our holiday. A shower is a important facility, it did let the place down but luckily the next guest will be happy as shower cubicle replaced during my holiday !!

More or less clean. Close to the promenade However, the promenade itself reminded me of some low budget resort of the end of the last century, with small trade shops and vulgar entertainments (like take a picture with the monkey). And these annoying people loudly inviting you to come to their restaurants for another meze.

As expected, you are better to avoid any property that “luxury” word in the description. Cause it would be exactly the opposite. There were a lot of annoying things. Like, broken door in the shower, for example. The light in the living room could be turned off only with the main switch, which means in order to use air conditioning during the night, you have to sleep with the light in the living room on. Nice! (Not really). The management company was not very responsive. No powder for the washing machine. All the chairs on the balcony were folded (of course staying for only 2 nights, we wouldn’t bother to set them to be able to enjoy the sea view). By the way, it’s the second floor and very close to the promenade, so no privacy with curtains off. Absolutely illogical furniture arrangement in the small bedroom (there was a lighter, but no socket nearby, and no socket next to the bed).
