Amazing and quiet place, we will definetly come again

Amazing location, room, and view from balcony! Room service was exceptional, bed and sheets very confortable!

They don’t provide breakfast, even for an extra charge, and we had to drive down to Bran and find a place where to eat. Consider the fact that almost all restaurants in Bran works from 11. Kitchen is fully equiped, you have everything needed to prepare the food, but there is no a microwawe and not a big variety of tea (only a few bags of chamomile tea).

Everything was amazing: the views, the amenities, the people. Extremely clean, the owners paid very much attention to detail.

Our short stay at Monte Crai

very clean very luxurios with a beautiful yard and nice views on some bits of the villa very big and cosy balconies extra large kingsize bed that was extremely confortable

i have ordered a Bran Castle view room and when I reached the property the rooms with that view were apparently all taken.

Nice & cosy, as usual

This is a property we are returning to and we were very pleased with everything, again. We even befriended some of our neighbors so we all enjoyed a late wine in the chill outside.

As time goes by, the high standards should also touch some spots like blankets & curtains, to match nicely the 10+ cleanness of the place.

Breathtaking view, nice rooms, but no service...

Breathtaking view, roomvise you get what you see on the pictures, big balcony, new furniture, good and fast communication with the staff - changing the nights was possible without problems...

The offers on the page are not correct. There is no breakfast, no dinner, no bike-rental, no laundry service (i booked the hotel because of that and washed my stuff by hand and ended up taking a taxi to buy my own food, not exactly the experience you want if you pay that price per night). People should be informed, that they have to bring their own food, if you stay just 1-2 days its not worth to go food shopping. At least different teas should be there. Products in the bathroom could be more fancy. For this price, it's just not egnough service, even though the view and location is excptional and the staff is friendly, it's just not egnough. Maybe for bigger groups with car it can be a great place...
