The breakfast (included) and the dinner (extra) were tasty and well-prepared. Very comfortable bed and lovely terrace for sunset. Staffs are helpful, especially on the day we leaving, remind us to get up early and they help carry luggages and catch a taxi for us in morning of the festival, I am very appreciated that.
The smell from the street sometimes still gets into the building and the room.

The BEST road in Fes and in Morocco. Location is perfect. Service is absolutely outstanding. Mohsin and Issam are extremely kind, very helpful, and always available. The rooms are very spacious (with lots of books about Morocco and the city of Fes), the architecture of the Riad is stunning, and the rooftop is out of this world! It gives a wonderful view of the old Medina. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious! We are so glad to have chosen this Riad and we will definitely come back. Many thanks Mohsen and Issam for making this trip to Fes wonderful!

Super netter Gastgeber. Hat uns alles gezeigt und viele Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig und ermöglicht es einem nach dem Trubel in der Stadt sich zu erholen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Die Dachterrasse ist super, nur sie müsste etwas besser gepflegt werden, vor allem die Möbel.
Sonst ist die Unterkunft perfekt.

Bel accueil, demande de ménage qui a été réalisé rapidement pendant notre absence pour trouver à notre retour un logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le petit déjeuné est frais et préparé le matin par Issam qui nous a accompagné tout le long de notre séjour pour des adresses, et aide en tout genre. Personnel très serviable. Nous recommandons. :)

Really big rooms, lovely 3-tier terrace - all very peaceful and calm. When we left, the guy went to get us a porter and then helped us get a taxi to the CTM station. Very helpful indeed!
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the beds are quite firm. Just so you are warned! The riad is a little out of the central area - this is both good and bad. In the evening, just ignore the young lads who tell you that the way you are going is closed….

El lugar era como una obra de arte. Mosaicos por todas partes y una bañera impresionante. La verdad que me dejo sin palabras. Desde el momento en que entramos al lugar todo era maravilloso, la mezcla de colores y la biblioteca de la entrada.
La terraza era increíble y tenía vista a la universidad más antigua del mundo.
La habitación era preciosa con una ventana hermosa y con una cama exquisita.
El baño realmente increíble, un lujo. Me sentí como una princesa.
El desayuno exquisito.
Nos ayudaron también a conseguir un guía para conocer fez, fue realmente un guía increíble ya que nos llevó por todos lados y estuvo todo el día con nosotras.
El guía se llama Tsouli Abderrazzak por si quiere hacer un tour con él por fez.
La atención de Isab (no se si se escribe así) fue increíble todo el tiempo, nos ayudó a encontrar un taxi y hacía los mejores desayunos. Él también estaba pendiente a todo lo que necesitáramos y estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que quisiéramos.
Realmente el mejor lugar en el que me he quedado en Marruecos.
La vela del baño no servía, lo encuentro muy desagradable ya que quería tomar mi baño de espuma y no pude hacerlo con mi vela. Arréglenlo por favor. (Todo es sarcástico porque estaba increíble todo jaja)

Beautiful riad, down a quiet street of the old medina. The room had heating which was perfect in December as it gets cold in the evenings. Very friendly and helpful staff, who also helped us organise a guide for us to visit the medina (without getting lost) and also walked us to nearby restaurants so not to lose our way.

I appreciated our host Mohssine. He was very helpful to me since I had a dental emergency and he helped me in contacting a dentist.
His cousin Issam was very helpful getting us cabs and helping with our luggage.
The riad is beautiful and Mohssine takes great pride in it!
We had an issue of cigarette smoke getting into our room. There was no window to the outside so we could not get rid of it.
Our bathroom was long and narrow and there wasn't room for our toiletries. Mohssine did provide us with a table so we had a surface to set our toiletries on.
Breakfast was not good at all. The coffee was awful and the eggs were cold. They could also add fresh orange juice to the breakfast offerings.

Okay so this will be my opinion as a female solo traveler.
Hospitality and service of people working there was amazing! They would always accompanied me when I needed to be picked up or dropped off which I’m so grateful for! Like service is definitely on the top! WiFi was very good too and views from terrace were amazing! Breakfast was also nice (even tho there was no milk for my coffee) but can’t imagine having same things every day. Would get bored of that but since I only ate there once it was great! Riad looks nice too and was clean.
Location wasn’t the greatest. It looked a bit dodgy like specially if I wouldn’t be accompanied I’d be very scared!
The drainage wasn’t working properly. It took ages for water from shower to disappear. And the thing I didn’t like the most was that you couldn’t flush toilet paper. If I read about it in reviews I wouldn’t book this riad as for me personally it’s unhygienic & gross. Also the bin wasn’t emptied after first night there.

Generalnie wiem, że to moja wina, że podczas wymeldowania zostawiłem w pokoju płaszcz, ale gdy zapytałem o możliwość jego wysłania do innej miejscowości (w sumie spędziłem w Maroku miesiąc), powiedziano mi że nie mają na to czasu, z czasem mimo próśb kontakt się urwał. Szkoda, po prostu szkoda, bo miejsce naprawdę warte odwiedzenia.

Buona accoglienza, hanno organizzato per noi il transfer per l aeroporto (buon servizio anche se caro per i prezzi del Marocco). L'autista ci ha lasciato ad una delle porte di ingresso della Medina e poi uno dei ragazzi dell' hotel ci è venuto a prendere facendoci strada, dopo aver fatto il check in ci hanno accompagnato in uno degli unici ristoranti aperti lì vicino (era venerdì sera ed erano passate le 21, la medina di Fez solitamente si svuota dopo il tramonto). La posizione è tranquilla ma difficile da raggiungere se non hai qualcuno a farti strada. Il Riad ha una terrazza carina da cui si possono vedere i tetti della città vecchia, colazione semplice ma buona. Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno molto grande. La stanza era all'ultimo piano quindi da fare c erano diverse scale un po' ripide (per noi non è stato un problema). Letto comodo e nessun rumore a disturbare la notte.
Posizione difficile da raggiungere senza una guida e poco sicuro uscire dopo il tramonto.

De hotelmanager communiceert niet proactief over belangrijke zaken, dus zorg dat je meteen bij je boeking contact opneemt om te weten: hoe de parking werkt en waar je best parkeert, hoeveel je cash moet betalen. Het dubbel bed in de familiekamer is aan de kleine kant.

We loved every second of our stay. I thinks it's the best value for money I have ever been in. The place is stunning, the decoration, the terrace... Very clean and comfortable. Our room was huge! Staff was amazing, very caring, they even took us to the restaurant at night so we didn't have to walk the medina on our own. Breakfast was beautiful!
