Amazing place to relax with super friendly staff

Rooms are spacious, it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood and staff was very friendly and authentic. One specific receptionist saved my night because I received a wrong order and she went out of her way to get me the right one. Breakfast was good!

It was raining so I couldn’t use the pool! More seriously: nothing, it was amazing for the money I’ve paid!

Estancia para relajarse en una buena zona.

La amabilidad del personal, que me guardaron mis maletas y brindaron wifi después de mi checkout, que encendieron el sauna a mi pedido y este todo limpio.

Las instalaciones no son muy nuevas pero están mantenidas, parte de ello en la tina no tenía su tapón por lo cual no se pudo hacer uso.

Un lugar tranquilo y aceptable para alojarse en Cochabamba.

El hotel es simpatico, limpio y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, creo que al punto que los muebles que tienen por dentro les quedaron pequeños. Da la sensación de estar en una casa antigua.

Teniendo los espacios de las habitaciones tan amplias, pudieran tener camas y mobiliario más cómodo. La cama si bien se nota que no es vieja, pero si es pequeña para cualquier tipo de habitación, peor aun si la habitación es tan grande como esa. Si realmente desean que sea un lugar de descanso, pudiera el hotel invertir en cortinas con black out.

Lovely small hotel with wonderful, helpful staff!

I prefer smaller hotels and really liked this one. Not only was it very clean, but there were also fresh, fragrant lilies in the lobby and another hallway, which made it smell really nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and eggs could be cooked to order.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like here.

Nice, clean family style bed&breakfast

👍 Very chill area, safe to walk around Staff gave me a room update, one of the best rooms with the biggest balcony. Thank you. I gave extra points for this. (+1P)

🚫 The swimming pool is there for decoration only The Arctic Sea of Greenland is nothing compared to its temperature 🤣.... If I entered in it I could register myself as a walrus... -1P -breakfast is not too good. Especially that the bakery products don't have a 'fresh' feeling at all. More likely they were prepared days before. Juices are OK but very dilluted. - 1P -smart tv in room very slow and sometimes has problems connecting to wifi - 1P

Quiet Refuge for Weary Traveler 🧳

Loved the balcony in the Junior Suite. Great breakfast. Quiet. Staff was super accommodating bringing me hot water to make tea, extra blankets, an iron, etc…

Chairs in common areas and rug on stairs are covered in plastic, is a bit tacky.

short and sweet. the staff is brilliant

I like how big the rooms are, the bathroom. air conditioner and blow dryer worked very well.

for me it wasn’t a issue, but something to be aware of, it’s the shower. water indeed is hot but make sure it’s the right temperature before you enter. I had to make sure my kids did the same. also the internet upstairs was not reliable. but as I was on vacation, I checked my stuff downstairs and came to my room and just forgot about cellphone altogether.

You can find a hotel cheaper than this one. Supplement for a pool that cannot be used

- helpful staff; - liked the evening manager on the day of departure, very kind, helped to call a taxi, tried to help in every way he could; - good location, close to many restaurants, bars, the area is decent enough.

- poor soundproofing in the rooms; - Poor breakfasts; - very dirty swimming pool; - swimming pool without heating; - the rooms have old furniture, old bedding, etc.; - the rooms are very cold

Very friendly staff and excellent location, but terrible infrastructure including no insulation in the rooms.

Extremely friendly staff and an an excellent location. the hotel has a nice aesthetic going on.

There is no insulation in the rooms whatsoever so I could hear everything from any room. I could hear the noisy kids of the guests next to my room, the cellphones going off from guests in rooms even farther away. it made you feel like you lacked privacy. Also the window lock was broken in my room, and since it was in the first floor, anyone could have slid the window open and steal my stuff. Unfortunately I noticed this on the day I had to leave so I couldn’t report it to staff. Luckily no bad actor noticed and my stuff didn’t get stolen.

Home away from home!

The breakfast was great! They had lots of different breads and fruit to try. They also would make you scrambled eggs and ham if you wanted it. They had different fruit drinks and hot drinks you could make as well. The staffed was so helpful and friendly! I think it's been one of the nicest staffs we've ever dealt with! Very accommodating and helpful. Someone said on another review that there wasn't any hot water. There actually is hot water. You just have to let the water run for a minute or two then turn on the cold water to get the right temperature. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful garden inside the courtyard.

A very nice and clean place. The pool area and the sauna will give you the time to relax and enjoy the temperatures in Cochabamba. The gym is small but you will find nice treadmills inside.
