Not much it was a very terrible experience. The employees were nice at check in.

First of all, this was not a 3 star hotel. It was a 1 star hotel at best as stated accurately on Google. The sheets were not clean and had hair that wasn’t mine. I made my husband strip the sheets and we used our own personal blankets and pillows which were tossed after for fear of the bacteria that was picked up from the room. The shower was stained and not clean. I would not allow anyone to use it during our stay for fear of catching something. The desk chair in the room was spotted with red stains I assumed it was blood or paint. The arm chair was torn and spotted as well. The hallways were disgusting and had not been cleaned. The hallways smelled of marijuana. I was not aware until checking in that most people who stay there actually live there. It was very loud all night long with random people wandering around the hotel and the parking lot at all hours. I did not sleep at all as I did not feel we were safe. As we were crossing the parking lot to enter the hotel another guest floored it out of the lot and almost hit my family. We chose this hotel as we were only looking for a place for a few hours while passing through on a road trip. This is a place to surely avoid. It is not safe by any means.

The rooms were clean and so was the lobby area.

I was there 3 nights and didn't have hot water until late in the afternoon on 3rd day. There was no maid service. There was a kitchen area with no utensils. The staff was not professional at all. I asked for towels and wash, all they had was wash cloths. I would not recommend this property.

Just the location and variety of tv channels . The place too was very neat.

There was no ice machine in the property, and there were no ice trays in the freezer in my room. So to get ice, I had to go to the front desk and ask for a cup of ice. there were no soaps or shampoos or anything like that in the room. And I never travel with shampoo or soap, because usually the hotel has them in the room.
