About this apartment rental
We have been the proud owners of this beautiful condo in the Plaza at Ocean Club West since April 2014. The beautifully landscaped resort is located in the heart of Grace Bay, consistently voted a top beach by Conde Nast, with wide white sandy beaches and clear blue Caribbean waters.
The Plaza is the building located closest to Grace Bay Road and is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is access to many of the resort’s amenities, including complimentary beach and pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, 2 lighted tennis courts, and a nicely equipped gym. The pool is large and meanders in a small lazy circle past lush landscaping and the Solana restaurant - a newly renovated outdoor cabana style restaurant just steps from the beach. It is great for a quick break from the sun, where you can get a snack and a cool beverage (including those for the adults!).
Our condo is equipped with everything you could want for your vacation home. It has large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a spacious dining room and living room with free Wifi access. We upgraded the beds and mattresses in November of 2015, and put in a new refrigerator and dishwasher in July of 2017.
If cooking isn’t on your itinerary, or shopping is what you have in mind, the Plaza’s convenient location puts fine dining and wonderful shops just minutes away - with no car needed. The fabulous French Caicos Bakery is just across the street, and one block further is the Jamaican Patty Place - our kids’ two favorite places to eat! Just blocks further is the shopping district of Ports of Call, Salt Mill Plaza and the Regent Village. After you have shopped to your heart’s content, head into one of the restaurants there like Thai Orchid (don’t ask for spicy unless you mean it!), Mango Reef or Bella Luna. For a romantic candlelit dinner under the palms, head in the other direction to Coco Bistro - fine dining at its best. After dinner there, stop in for a short while at Casablanca Casino on your way home.
If more athletic endeavors are what attract you, the Provo Golf Club is nearby. Snorkeling and diving expeditions can be set up, as well as many other type of water activities. We can even put you in touch with a travel agent who specializes in all things Provo, if you want completely hassle-free vacation planning.
Our host Jenny, will be at your service during your check-in and check-out times. She is a caring and competent individual with a wealth of information who would be happy to help you get the most from your vacation.

Loved staying in this condo. Well equipped, well located. Property manager was very helpful! Playing pickleball was extra bonus! Marjorie provided super detailed and helpful information and reccomendations about the town and fun things to do.

The condo was adjacent to the Ocean Club West which allowed renters to use the swimming pool, fitness facility and tennis courts. Our teen girls (14 and 15) loved the pool. I also felt comfortable with them going down to the pool by themselves. We were a short walk from the beautiful Grace Bay beach. The condo itself was well-stocked with most things you need to make meals and eat in the condo. The condo was clean and had lots of room for our 4 person family. Overall, it was perfect for a relaxing home base during our vacation.

Great communication with Marjorie before travel -- their travel guide was a LIFESAVER! Great restaurant recommendations and activities. The living area is huge, kitchen is well-stocked with new appliances. The 3rd half bath was so nice to have! Spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Smart TV let us log into our streaming apps, Jenny was a great resource and quick to respond to our questions. The pool was great, the beach is amazing and it's close to all kinds of great restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Highly recommend!

The condo location is great! Very short walk to Grace Bay Beach and Ocean Club pool. Many restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store is nearby. Communications with both the owner and property manager were easy, as was the check-in process.
The condo is spacious, but needs some updating. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and needs refreshed. The bed pillows are very thin and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. One bedroom was missing curtains on the window so it was very bright in the morning. A more thorough cleaning, especially in the bathrooms, would have been appreciated. It was obvious a quick clean was done and same for the mid-week clean.
Overall, great location and amount of space, would be much better with some improvements mentioned above.

This was a wonderful property in a great location. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Close to beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants car rental. Only 30 min from airport. Had one little issue that the property manager fixed right away so they are definitely on top of things. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean condo. Communication with Marjorie was excellent leading up to our stay. Check in was easy. Beds were very comfortable.

The location was wonderfull. Minutes from the best beach we have ever been to. 10 minute walk from half a dozen great restaurants, a good supermarket, liquor store, wine shop, bakery and ice cream shops.
Be aware, that ATM's a re very limited in Turks, but the supermarket near the condo has one of the few on the island.
Several beach front restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Will plan on returning.

The only two things I would tell host to change is the main door lock and TVs.. we had tough time getting in with that door lock and the TVs r outdated needs smart TV..

The unit is accurately described and communication with the owner and property manager was great. There is no porch/lanai or views of the pool or beach; however, the beach and pool are only a three minute walk. Water sports are an additional expense if you stay at the plaza, while guests at the resort can use the catamarans and paddle boards at no additional cost. If beach/pool views and water sports are important for you during your stay then you may want to book directly with the resort so you have access to those amenities.

Everything was great, would easily go back again. Great location. Easy walks to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Resort and beach felt quiet even on a spring break week. Owner very easy to deal with. Property manager Jenny was also very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful condo, great location. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Short walk to Grace Bay. No rental car needed. Restaurants, grocery store were just a short walk away.

Ocean Club West is a beautiful property in a perfect location for walking to groceries and restaurants. This condo, in the Plaza building, is not luxurious but very spacious and well maintained and a great place to stay for two couples. We really enjoyed easy access to the beautiful pool and gorgeous beach. There were always chairs and umbrellas available. The staff were extremely customer service oriented and very friendly and helpful. While not all resort amenities are available to Plaza guests, we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I recommend staying here.

This was a nice spot for our vacation at Turks and Caicos! We spent time on the beach, pool and tennis court (only 3 rackets at the condo)! The condo was spacious and we were able to relax and spend time together. The location was great as well!

We absolutely loved this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Had all of the amenities we needed. Loved the location which was about 20 minutes from the airport and near great stores and restaurants. Grace Bay is stunning. We will definitely return here in the future.

Our stay was awesome. The property was very spacious and clean. We didn't spend much time there during the day but once we did return from our activities we were very comfortable and able to relax.
The beach is a short walk from the condo. We spent many hours there. Shopping and dining were a short walk or drive away. I will definitely be booking here again on my next trip.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The owner and the on-site manager, Jenny, are amazing! The place is beautiful, clean and huge! It was perfect for a family of four with 2 1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and nice large living room. You’re steps away from the resort and the most amazing beach! Perfect location, we walked everywhere! We did Rent-A-Car for a couple days so that we could check out some other beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great to have access to a bar in several restaurants on the property. The pool was absolutely incredible with the lazy river and an island. This is our second time at Ocean Club West -- its a great family oriented resort and this unit was super comfortable and spacious for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and closet had everything we needed for all of our activities. Highly recommend!

Marjorie’s unit was perfect. We have been to the island 11 times now ans would absolutely rent this condo again. It’s in a great location, on the beach side of the road and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the ocean. The unit is very spacious and comfortable and the owner is super responsive. Everything went smoothly.

Perfect location for a family or friends vacation. The condo was in perfect condition with great appliances and everything that you could need. The location was great - walkable to everywhere in the Grace Bay area. Being connected to the Ocean Club West was a real benefit. Great pool, beach side dining and a wonderful beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

This was our 10th VRBO rental and our first international experience. Marjorie couldn't have done a better job at helping us feel comfortable and secure. She provided pages of information about the island ahead of time including restaurant recommendations, excursion options and many suggestions about worthwhile activities (and what to skip). On top of the advanced prep, Jenny (onsite manager) was available when we arrived. She offered to call and secure us a rental car and even had it delivered to the condo! She was a great local resource to have while we were on the island. We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and there was plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 3 daughters (16,19 & 21). There was a midweek cleaning and the kitchen had everything we needed. It can be very expensive to eat out on the island so we always had breakfast and lunch in the condo and then ate dinner out in the evening. The beach was about a 5-7 minute walk. It was a great family vacation during a very stress filled time for travelers.
