Our family came and enjoyed our daughters last Easter at UT. House was perfect for our stay and the extra snacks made it perfect. Enjoyed a couple walks in the cute neighborhood where everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay with our adult children and significant others. The home is decorated beautifully with mid-century modern furnishings and recently remodeled kitchen and baths. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and near a great running/walking park. Very thoughtful and communicative host. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at your house! It is so cute and the plants are amazing! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything, including the snacks and drinks. Being able to have everyday items at our disposal was great as well. It was much appreciated. The neighborhood was so pretty! The location was close to downtown and many shops & restaurants. Hemlock House is an absolute GEM!! From location, decor, cleanliness and coziness it was perfect for our needs. The host thought of everything… fresh flowers, drinks and snacks were a refreshing surprise! Great communication and everything exceeded our expectations!! This property was great! The house is beautiful and was very clean. The hosts really thought of everything you could need. We arrived late and it was nice to come to a well lit place so we could see coming in. Would definitely recommend and would stay in the future! Thanks again! Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and the house is close to a lot of things.

Stunning home. Spacious, yet warm and inviting. Well equipped kitchen and marvelous bathrooms. Morning coffee on the back porch is a treat. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. It was a great weekend for a regatta!

My stay there was amazing. Super clean and the host was more than we could ask for. We were blown away by his thoughtfulness and his communications. The house was close to everything including the arena, cozy, had everything you would ever need, and just felt like a home away from home. This was my first stay at a B&B; I will never return to hotels again. Thank you so much Jackson for making my mother's surprise birthday trip a major success!

What a beautiful, well stocked, peaceful spot. If you are looking for a frustration free stay, this is the place. The host has really put thought into their guests comfort. They are also very responsive to inquiries. Like when I couldn't find a cutting board that was literally right beside the knife block (don't judge it blended in lol). If you are looking to get away from the rat race for a bit and just relax, this is the spot. Thanks again Jackson!

I've been renting from VRBO for 10 years, and this was by far by best experience. Jackson was very attentive and accommodating. He even welcomed us with snacks. The cottage was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We traveled to Knoxville for a concert at the Civic Auditorium. The owners made sure everything was easily accessible and even left lights on so we could find everything upon our late arrival. There were snacks and drinks waiting for us in the kitchen, which was also very nice.

Perfect Getaway!
We loved being in this home! It was a scenic getaway ffom the huatle and bustle of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg while still beimg close enough to drive there if desired. We loved beimg away from the more "touristy" areas and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Jackson was a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. The home itself is so pretty amd peaceful, and made our family vaction so nice.
