Great location but accommodation basic and tired.

The breakfast was limited in choice but adequate

The room was musty when we arrived and needed a good airing. All the chairs on the terrace were in poor state of repair.

Beautiful Masseria

Beautiful setting in nature, very friendly people who owned the b&b. Nice renovated building. Good view from the terrasse and a fine breakfast not in plastics.

Good

The sisters who own the place are very sweet. When we decided to leave a day earlier, they were very understanding. The hotel is located on a beautiful spot with an amazing view over the lake. Breakfast was good with local sweets and yoghurt. The bathroom was very comfortable. The place is very sustainable with reusable water bottles, refillable shower gel and shampoo, and no air-conditioning.

We decided to shorten our stay after one night: we did not sleep well because the room was too hot for us at night without air-conditioning, with loud ventilation and on a hard mattress. However, the description on booking states that the hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, so that was our own misjudgement. The building has thick walls, so the rooms are a lot colder than the outside temperature though. The room didn't have a fridge, so we had no cold water to drink. It was possible to fill a bottle at the reception, but that was only open in the morning. Overall, we just had expected more comfort for the price compared to other hotels we stayed in Campania.
