Exceptional

Perfectly clean, comfortable bed , lovely and responsive host. What more can I say? I would 100% return to this property! I stay at about 3-4 booking.com places per month, this one, it's amazing.

Superb

The apartment was very confortable, the host very kind and the position was perfect, close to some beautiful beaches

All the services (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants) are in the town center, that is 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Non so good if you travel with a 3 years old child eho doesn't like to walk

Gregory is an excellent host. The location was great and it was an easy bus ride or drive to downtown Athens.

very comfortable and an ideal base for the riviera

welcoming host, safe neighbourhood, good location - 5-10 minutes walk to beaches and no more than 30 to walk to the swimming lake with all the cafes etc between. well maintained with pretty much all our needs covered.

as both of us are major coffee drinkers - larger mugs for our breakfast coffees would be preferable… but this is also nitpicking to find something to write

So comfortable you want to stay longer

It's a lovely neighborhood so I decided to overnight there and got a last minute booking. Gregory met me just a few minutes latee, and everything was ready. Lovely apartment, with great security. Felt like home. Would have loved to stay longer.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

Very cosy property, nice balcony to relax on and friendly cat come regularly. Comfortable bed and couch. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. Host even left some refreshments and fruits in the fridge. Host also left disposable slippers which was a very nice gesture. Many beaches are within walking distance to the property with a grocery store nearby and the nice restaurant of Vouliagmeni. Note, there's no assigned parking. Parking is on street and can be a bit tricky to find a place.

Loved the location, host and the unit. Would highly recommend.

Loved the unit and the location. Greg was very nice and helpful. Parking in the back of the apartment was really helpful. Wil hopefully stay again.

Shower/water pressure and temps can be improved with some tweaking, but overall everything was great. The bed was really comfortable, but it needs to be attached to the wall.

Perfection

It's a great spot in a high end area with several beaches within walking distance. Gregory and his wife were fantastic to deal with. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Added touches like a smart TV, a washing machine and coffee makers added to the feeling that you were staying in your own home. The city bus stopped right in front of the building, and a ride to Glyfada dropped you right in the town square. We will 100% stay here again. Gregory's wife also makes some mean gemista.

Exceptional

Gregory is a very nice person. When we arrived, he and his wife treated us to delicious freshly made pancakes with bacon. The apartment had everything you need for living and recreation, including beach towels. My wife and I love to walk. The apartments are so conveniently located that all beaches, shops, restaurants can be easily and quickly reached on foot. The place is very comfortable and quiet. I recommend for families couples.

Very nice apartment and close to the beach

The apartment was equiped with everything you needed, including the kitchen. There was a nice terace where you could stay to have breakfast or during the evening. The place was quiet, especially at night. The apartment was 5 min walk to several beaches. We didn’t come by car, but it didn’t seem to be a big issue to find parking.

The location of the property is great, it’s relatively quiet and in a few minutes walking distance of the main beaches and the supermarket. The appartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, exactly what I wanted for my stay. Will certainly book it again for my next stay in Vouliagmeni if available.
